In 2018, work wasn't working for me, so I broke it and methodically designed a new life with intention.
I used my job as an investor in my future. I figured out my advantages and then built a side business that I took to full time corporate exit, then scaled to over $1m in revenue.

I built an entire process to help me figure out my re-invented career and now I use that to help other corporate pros smartly build futures that are Self-Directed, intentional and successful - that is my purpose.

Worked closely with church leadership to streamline consistent branding and messaging that aligned with the overall church mission and unified the message across age groups. Oversaw the media and programming teams of youth and young adult departments.

Curated the weekly worship experiences, led the music and media teams, worked closely with the lead pastor to develop a consistent, high-quality services and events, led and discipled large volunteer teams, and worked closely with other departments to ensure alignment with the overall vision and mission of the church in every area.

I work to help leaders turn their vision into a strategy and their strategy into a story that compels their teams and customers to move.

Originally from Texas, I moved to California and worked in Nonprofits there for over 5 years before jumping into the world of entrepreneurship. I got a poor man's MBA working alongside multiple serial entrepreneurs who had built, sold, and started again for many years. I went from PA, to ops, to marketing, to management, and eventually executive strategist. 

I learned loads by making mistakes and asking questions up close and in the trenches with people actually doing amazing things. I'm only where I am today because multiple great leaders gave me a shot.

Now, I live in London and work to help leaders (mostly of SMEs and exciting new startups) give birth to big dreams, put the operational infrastructure in place to support them, and leverage the kind of bold creative strategy that shocks and inspires. Often, that means I'm working with marketing departments because "creativity" is more conventional in those environments. But I'm a big believer that all meaningful work is creative and creative energy should touch every aspect of your business.
