I serve at the intersection of global health, primary care, and strategic medicine as a Foreign Service Medical Provider with the U.S. Department of State.

From 2018–2022, I was a White House Medical Officer, providing direct medical support to the President, Vice President, and First Lady of the United States.

My career spans 18 years of global health engagement across Asia, the Middle East, and the Indo-Pacific—informing health security policy and crisis response in multiple low- and middle-income countries.

Honors include the Presidential Service Badge (2020), selection as a Tillman Scholar (2022), and induction into the Delta Omega Honorary Society in Public Health (2023), where I serve as President of the Omega Chapter at The George Washington University, and the prestigious Order of Military Medical Merit (2024).

A graduate of Harvard Kennedy School’s Senior Executive Fellows Program (2024), I am expanding my expertise in artificial intelligence through Harvard executive education—focusing on how AI can advance leadership, healthcare, and governance.
