I wrote one of the first Dow Jones Newswires/Wall Street Journal online stories about the arrest of Ponzi scheme mastermind Bernie Madoff, perpetrator of a US$50 billion global investment scam.

My job was to get this story out as fast as possible. But I couldn't stop my mind from going to the scores of fraud victims. My thoughts also were on another casualty: the financial industry and, specifically, investor trust.

Flash forward to today. Madoff is dead after 13 years in prison, but his crime has left an indelible mark on me.

After years of experience in speaking, coaching, presenting and writing, I now help financial services professionals to develop their communication and presentation skills; not just to help them handle a Madoff-style crisis but to build trust on a regular basis and attract that higher-level clientele.

Even though I've made 100's of videos and had 1000s of video calls for my business...I still sometimes don't like the way I look on camera. (한국어 아래 ⬇️)

I used to spend a lot of time editing the lights/colors of my videos to try to make myself look better. 

Moving into 2026 I want to be more efficient with my work time. 

There are much more valuable activities I could do than messing around with video settings to try to make myself look a little bit better. 

So, last night I tested a ton of different lighting/camera settings to find what I can use for:
• All my video content
• All my 1:1 and group sessions with clients

Pretty happy with the end result! 

Excited to start making more content with this new setup — and to spend more time on what actually matters. 🤝

업무 때문에 영상도 수백 개, 영상 통화도 수천 번 했지만…
솔직히 말하면, 아직도 가끔은 카메라 속 제 모습이 마음에 들지 않을 때가 있어요 😅

예전에는 영상 속 제 모습을 조금이라도 더 잘 보이게 하려고
조명이나 색감을 계속 수정하면서 시간을 많이 썼습니다.

하지만 2026년에는 업무 시간을 훨씬 더 효율적으로 쓰고 싶습니다.

저를 5% 더 잘 보이게 하려고 영상 설정을 만지작거리는 것보다
훨씬 더 가치 있는 일들이 많거든요.

그래서 어젯밤에는
여러 가지 조명·카메라 세팅을 전부 테스트해봤습니다.

앞으로 사용할 수 있는 설정을 찾기 위해서요:

Many career coaches say this. I actually disagree ⬇️

You SHOULD talk about your actions and experiences...

...but not how most people do. 

❌ Most jobseekers just share totally basic responsibilities & actions ❌

Example (Designer)
• Conducted user research
• Presented insights to team leader
• Created updated design for application

These are just…basic tasks. 
They don't show any unique value, and won’t get you hired.

Instead, don't just share what you did. 

✅ 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗱𝗶𝗱 '𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲' ✅

• Extra effort you put into projects
• New ideas you thought of and why they made sense
• How you managed many responsibilities at once

Explain how your actions showed higher knowledge, skills, and effort than an 'average person' in your role. 

THEN...share those results. And how your actions helped achieve them. 

𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗟 𝗘𝗫𝗔𝗠𝗣𝗟𝗘:

Suyeon was a designer at an a startup. The startup had an app with around 55,000 users. 

Suyeon was in charge of updating the app design, and truly went above expectations!

𝗦𝗵𝗲:
• Actually went to several offline events with 100s of app users 
• Interviewed dozens of users face-to-face to really learn how they used the app
• Got insight that even the company CEO didn't know
• Presented what she learned to the CEO
• Made these changes in the app

✅ 𝗔𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝘁 𝗗𝗢𝗨𝗕𝗟𝗘𝗗 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘀! ✅

She shared this full story in job interviews, and got a fully-remote role in London a month after graduating from Ewha. 

You don't need years of experience and fluent English to get a job abroad. You need to share your unique value 🤝

‘𝗗𝗼𝗻'𝘁 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗼𝗿 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀… 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘀.’

많은 커리어 코치들이 이렇게 말합니다. 하지만 저는 조금 다르게 생각합니다 

당신은 당연히 본인의 경험과 행동을 이야기해야 합니다.

…하지만 대부분의 사람들이 하는 방식으로 하면 안 됩니다.

❌ 많은 구직자들이 공유하는 내용은 “너무 기본적인 업무”입니다

예시 (디자이너): 
• 사용자 리서치 진행 
• 인사이트 팀장에게 공유 
• 앱 디자인 업데이트

이런 것들은 그냥… 기본 업무입니다. 당신만의 ‘가치’를 보여주지 못하고, 합격에도 도움이 되지 않습니다.

✅ 대신, “뭘 했는지”가 아니라

“얼마나 더 했는지(𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗱𝗶𝗱 𝗠𝗢𝗥𝗘)” 를 공유해야 합니다

예를 들어: 
• 프로젝트를 위해 들인 추가적인 노력 
• 왜 그 아이디어를 생각했고, 왜 그게 맞았는지 
• 여러 업무를 동시에 어떻게 관리했는지

당신의 행동이 평균적인 직원보다 더 높은 지식, 판단력, 노력을 보여줬다는 것을 설명하세요.

그 다음에야 “결과”를 말해야 합니다. 그리고 그 결과가 당신의 행동 덕분에 나온 것이라는 연결까지 보여주기.

𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗟 𝗘𝗫𝗔𝗠𝗣𝗟𝗘 (실제 사례)

수연님은 한 스타트업에서 디자이너로 일했습니다. 그 회사의 앱은 약 𝟱만 𝟱천 명의 사용자를 보유하고 있었어요.

그녀의 역할은 앱 디자인 업데이트 — 하지만 수연님은 그 이상을 해냈습니다.

𝗦𝗵𝗲:
• 100명 이상이 모인 오프라인 행사에 직접 참여해 사용자들을 관찰하고 
• 수십 명의 사용자를 직접 대면 인터뷰했고

These are the 4 most common mistakes I see ⬇️

1️⃣ 𝗧𝗿𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 ‘𝗦𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁’ 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴

Interviews are stressful. ESPECIALLY in a 2nd language.

I completely understand why you'd want to 'script' and 'memorize' everything. 

However, this rarely makes the best impression: 

❌ When you only focus on 'remembering the script' your speaking can seem unnatural, bored, and uninterested 

❌ It's impossible to predict everything the interviewer will say/ask. When you fully focus on script memorization, it can be very difficult to answer unexpected questions.

(Preparation is important, but there’s a better strategy. I’ll share it later this week.)

2️⃣ 𝗡𝗼𝘁 𝗦𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳 𝗘𝗻𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵

Culturally, it can feel awkward to talk about your achievements & skills. 

But that’s exactly what global hiring teams want.

They want to hear:
• Your achievements
• Your results
• The value you created
  
This isn’t bragging. It’s giving them reasons to hire you.

3️⃣ 𝗡𝗼𝘁 𝗕𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗘𝗻𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵

This can be answers that are too long, unstructured, or full of unnecessary details. 

It can also be forcing complex vocabulary and long sentences into your answers. 

Use clear, simple language. This is not an English exam, and the interviewer probably doesn't know anything about your career. 

4️⃣ 𝗡𝗼𝘁 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗦𝗮𝘆

Even if they’re planned well, giving the exact same answers in every interview isn’t the best approach. 

Mention specific details like: 
✅ What you've learned about that company 
✅ Unique reasons you're interested in working there 
✅ How your past projects are similar to the job you applied to 

𝗚𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗡𝗲𝘄𝘀: All of these mistakes can be avoided with the right strategy/preparation.

🇰🇷 한국인 인터뷰 코칭 100회 이상 진행하며 느낀 점 🌏

전 세계 한국분들과 인터뷰 코칭을 하면서 가장 자주 보이는 𝟰가지 실수입니다 

1️⃣ 모든 답변을 ‘스크립트’로 준비하려는 것
인터뷰는 원래 긴장되고 스트레스가 많습니다. 특히 모국어가 아닐 때는 더 어렵죠.

그래서 대본처럼 완벽하게 준비하고, 외우고 싶은 마음 100% 이해합니다.
하지만 이런 방식은 좋은 인상을 주기 어렵습니다:

❌ 대본을 ‘기억하는 데만’ 집중하면 말투가 부자연스럽고, 딱딱하고, 흥미 없어 보임 

❌ 인터뷰 질문을 전부 예상할 수 없음 → 예상 밖 질문이 나오면 대답하기 어려움

2️⃣ 자신을 충분히 어필하지 않는 것

한국 문화에서는 자신의 성과와 실력을 강조하는 것이 조금 어색하게 느껴질 수 있습니다.

하지만 글로벌 채용팀은 바로 그걸 원합니다.

그들은 다음을 듣고 싶어 합니다:
• 당신의 성과 
• 회사에 어떤 가치를 더했는지

이건 ‘자랑’이 아닙니다. 당신을 뽑아야 할 이유를 보여주는 것이에요.

3️⃣ 답변이 명확하지 않은 것

예를 들어: 
• 너무 길고 산만한 답변 
• 복잡한 단어와 긴 문장을 억지로 사용하기

명심하세요: 여기는 영어 시험이 아닙니다. 그리고 인터뷰어는 당신의 커리어를 거의 모릅니다.

4️⃣ 회사와 직무에 맞게 답변을 ‘맞춤화’하지 않는 것

아무리 준비를 잘해도, 매 인터뷰에서 똑같은 답변을 말하면 좋은 인상을 주기 어렵습니다.

✅ 그 회사에 대해 조사하며 배운 점 
✅ 왜 이 회사/직무에 관심이 있는지

I wouldn't have this business and you wouldn't be reading this right now if I didn't understand networking.

It's also led to many of my Korean clients getting life-changing international job offers. 

Even if they had never networked before and weren't sure how.

✅: It's rarely taught well. 

I've had countless Korean clients tell me other career coaches/classes just gave general advice on how networking is important - without any real examples or proven step-by-step system to network effectively. 

Networking to get a job is much more than messaging strangers and asking them to help you. 

If you’re serious about getting the best job possible, here are several effective networking methods: 

1️⃣: Reconnecting with people you already know.

Even if you haven’t talked in a long time. Networking doesn’t have to be strangers, you might already know someone who could help you.

2️⃣: Reaching out and building relationships with employees at your target companies

Relationship is the key word. Don’t just immediately ask them to help you for free

3️⃣: Strategically messaging/emailing hiring teams when you apply to jobs

It’s gonna get you noticed

4️⃣: Connecting with recruiting agencies and headhunters 

There are good ones out there who want to help

5️⃣: Posting and commenting strategically on LinkedIn to increase visibility

This especially works if you’re interested in smaller companies. Comment on their content. 

6️⃣:  Online and offline networking events, conferences, and job fairs 

Don’t just “show up.” Have a goal/plan.

단순히 ‘처음 보는 사람에게 메시지를 보내서 도움을 요청하는 것’이 아닙니다.

진짜 좋은 회사를 원한다면, 아래 방법들을 꼭 활용해 보세요:

1️⃣ 이미 알고 있는 사람들과 다시 연락하기
오랫동안 연락하지 않았더라도 괜찮아요.
네트워킹은 반드시 ‘낯선 사람’일 필요가 없습니다.
이미 알고 있는 지인 중에서도 도움을 줄 사람이 있을 수 있어요.

2️⃣ 관심 있는 회사의 직원들에게 먼저 관계를 쌓기
핵심 단어는 ‘관계’입니다.
처음부터 도움을 요청하기보다는, 진짜 관계를 만드는 데 집중하세요.

3️⃣ 지원할 때 채용팀에 전략적으로 메시지/이메일 보내기
이렇게 하면 확실히 눈에 띄게 됩니다.

4️⃣ 리크루팅 에이전시와 헤드헌터와 연결하기
도움을 주고 싶어 하는 ‘좋은’ 에이전시들도 분명히 있습니다.

5️⃣ 링크드인에 전략적으로 게시물/댓글 남기기
특히 작은 회사에 관심 있다면 효과가 큽니다.
그 회사의 게시물에 댓글을 남기면 자연스럽게 노출이 되고, 기억에 남습니다.

6️⃣ 온라인/오프라인 네트워킹 행사, 컨퍼런스, 잡페어 참여하기
그냥 “참석만” 하지 말고,
분명한 목표와 계획을 가지고 참여하세요.

𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁? (한국어 아래 ⬇️) I have tons of examples, but this one is the 𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗜’𝘃𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗲𝗱 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿. ⬇️

A client (who prefers to stay private) was dreaming of working in Australia 🇦🇺.

But her situation?  It looked impossible.

𝗦𝗵𝗲: 
❌ Was still in Korea
❌ Didn’t have an AUS VISA 
❌ Didn't have any way to get one 
❌ In the current market it’s almost impossible to get a job there without one

She even had another coach tell her to 'just give up'. 

And many people would have.

But not her.

𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗴𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘂𝗽, 𝘄𝗲:

1️⃣ Built a multi-step networking plan focused on 
• LinkedIn outreach  
• Attending as many Australia-related industry events as possible

2️⃣ Used LI search filters to find the best people for her to reach out to

3️⃣ Carefully planned all the messages she sent

4️⃣ Prepared how she could stand out at every event

5️⃣ Set up around 15 coffee chats with people who were complete strangers when we started.

Eventually, one of those new connections introduced her to the 𝗔𝗣𝗔𝗖 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗮 𝗺𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝗠𝗲𝗹𝗯𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲. 

6️⃣ They had an informal video interview back in September. 

He liked her so much that they 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗮 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗵𝗲𝗿 — 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹 𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗮 𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗼𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽.

This 𝗻𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 would have happened without the networking we did. 

A month of DMs, introductions, events, and virtual interviews has now completely changed her life. 

It can change yours too 🤝. 

But before you start sending those DMs, there are 2 networking mistakes you gotta avoid. 

These are very common, but can ruin people's first impression of you.

𝗡𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴(네트워킹)이 왜 중요할까요?

예시는 정말 많지만, 올해 제가 함께한 클라이언트 중 가장 인상적인 성과 한 가지를 공유하고 싶습니다.

어떤 클라이언트(익명 요청)가 호주에서 커리어를 쌓고 싶다는 꿈을 가지고 있었어요 🇦🇺
하지만 현실은… 거의 불가능해 보였습니다.

그녀는:
❌ 아직 한국에 있었고
❌ 호주 비자도 없었고
❌ 비자를 받을 방법도 없었고
❌ 현재 시장에서는 비자 없이 취업하기가 거의 불가능했습니다

다른 코치는 아예 “그냥 포기하세요” 라고 말하기까지 했습니다.
많은 사람들이 그랬을 수도 있어요.

하지만 그녀는 아니었습니다.
포기하지 않았습니다.

그래서 우리는 이렇게 준비했습니다:

1️⃣ 링크드인 아웃리치 + 호주 관련 업계 행사 참석 중심으로
다단계 네트워킹 전략을 만들고

2️⃣ 링크드인 검색 필터로 연결해야 할 핵심 인재들을 찾고

3️⃣ 그녀가 보낼 모든 메시지를 하나하나 전략적으로 계획하고

4️⃣ 각 행사에서 어떻게 돋보일지 준비하고

5️⃣ 처음엔 완전 모르는 사람들이었지만
약 15번의 커피챗(미팅) 을 성사시켰습니다.

그러던 중, 새로운 연결 중 한 분이
멜버른에 있는 글로벌 기업의 APAC Head 를 소개해주셨고…

6️⃣ 9월에 비공식 영상 인터뷰를 진행했습니다.

그리고 결과는?

그분이 그녀를 너무 마음에 들어 해서
아예 새로운 포지션을 만들어 주었고, 비자 스폰서십까지 제공했습니다.

이 모든 것은 네트워킹이 있었기에 가능합니다.
단 한 달간의 메시지, 소개, 행사, 인터뷰가
그녀의 인생을 완전히 바꿔놓았습니다.

It was detailed…very detailed.  

Almost everything he had done over 15+ years was inside that document.
 
He thought that was the right approach.
 
But for global hiring teams?

❌ They don't want to have to sort through pages of unnecessary details

✅ They want to quickly, clearly, and easily understand why you're a good fit for that job.

• Structured it for international roles
• Removed unnecessary details

When he saw the final version, he was a little bit surprised about how much shorter it was!

• Your most relevant experience  
• The impact that proves you can do the job

최종 버전을 보고 그는 생각보다 많이 짧아진 것에 놀라기도 했습니다.

하지만 믿고 제출했고…
그 결과는 단 6일 만에 나타났습니다:

When you go into the interview, don't be thinking:
❌ “I MUST pass this interview.” 
❌ "I can't make any English mistakes."
❌ “If I fail, my career is over.” 
❌ “I need to prove my worth.”

Instead, think just one thing: 

✅ “𝗡𝗼 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘀… 𝗜’𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝗼𝗸𝗮𝘆.” 

Because the truth is this:

‘면접에서 어떻게 자신감을 유지하고 긴장을 컨트롤할 수 있을까요?’

면접에 들어갈 때, 이렇게 생각하지 마세요:
❌ “이번 면접은 꼭 붙어야 해.”
❌ “영어 실수 하면 안 돼.”
❌ “떨어지면 내 커리어는 끝이야.”
❌ “내 가치를 증명해야 해.”

대신, 딱 한 가지만 생각하세요:

✅ “무슨 일이 있어도… 나는 괜찮을 거야.”

왜냐하면 진짜 중요한 사실은 이겁니다:

**면접 ‘한 번’의 결과는

당신의 가치나
당신 커리어의 장기적 성공을
절대로 결정하지 않습니다.**

그리고 면접이 긴장된다면?

그건 너무나 당연한 일입니다 —
특히 외국어(2번째 언어) 면접이라면요.

영어 면접은 누구에게나 부담스럽습니다.
그 자리에 앉아 있는 것만으로도 큰 용기가 필요합니다.

There are some parts of the hiring process where you want to be more 'big picture' and other parts where you want to go into detail. 
 
✅ 𝗕𝗶𝗴 𝗣𝗶𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 = Resume, LinkedIn Profile, Career Summary
 
For these, just focus on:
• The scope of your projects/responsibilities
• Your main/biggest actions
• The results and impact of your work
 
✅ 𝗗𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹 = Portfolio, Case Study Presentations, Talking about Specific Experiences in Job Interviews
 
This is where you explain:   
• Step-by-step what you did  
• Tools, challenges, decisions  
• Why you made those decisions
• How you communicated with all stakeholders
 
🔥 𝗔 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗲𝘅𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲:
 
Let’s say you worked at a digital marketing agency and helped a B2B client improve their ad performance.
 
❌ 𝗜𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗺𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗱𝗼 𝗡𝗢𝗧 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗶𝗻:  
• Every meeting you had  
• Every A/B test  
• The exact funnel structure  
• How you compared video vs image ads  
• What tracking tools you used  
• How many teammates were involved
 
That's for interviews & portfolio.
  
✅ 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗼 𝘄𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗶𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗺𝗲:
 
Just give the big picture:  
• Scope  
• One main action  
• One clear result

👉 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘂𝗲 𝟮𝟲% 𝗬𝗼𝗬 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮 $𝟭𝟬𝟱𝗞/𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗯𝘆 𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝟯𝟬+ 𝗱𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗱 𝗰𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗶𝗴𝗻𝘀.

❌ 이력서에는 절대 이렇게 쓰지 마세요:
 
• 모든 회의 내용  • 모든 A/B 테스트 기록  • 상세 Funnels 구조  • 영상 vs 이미지 광고 비교 과정  • 사용한 트래킹 툴  • 해당 프로젝트에 참여한 팀원 수
 
👉 이런 정보는 면접이나 포트폴리오에서 설명하는 것입니다.
 
 
✅ 이력서에서는 이렇게 작성해야 합니다:

• Focus only on actions/tasks

• Don't prove you did your job well

I changed the personal details for the 'Good' example, but these bullet points helped my client earn a director-level sales role and a global biotech company in Seoul.

• Taking a genuine interest in people
• Showing appreciation
• Giving as much as (or more than) you ask for
• Building a real relationship

When you approach people with sincerity and generosity, opportunities start coming naturally.

❌ 좋은 네트워킹은 이런 것이 아닙니다:

• “방금 연결됐으니 30분만 커피챗 해주세요.”
• 상대의 시간과 노력을 받기만 하는 것
• 요구적이거나 거래처럼 접근하는 것

✅ 좋은 네트워킹이 실제로 의미하는 것:

• 사람에게 진심으로 관심을 갖는 것
• 감사의 마음을 표현하는 것
• 요청하는 만큼(또는 그 이상) 베푸는 태도
• ‘관계’를 만드는 것 — 거래가 아닌

진심과 배려로 사람에게 다가가면,
기회는 자연스럽게 따라옵니다.

Neutral messages aren’t “wrong”…

1: I will see you in the meeting on the 25th.

There’s no warmth, no enthusiasm, no human connection.

Let's take these same phrases and make them a lot better 🤝
