Justin Havlik is an award-winning Executive Producer in advertising focusing on commercials, branded content, music videos, narrative & docu-style projects, with a career spanning over fifteen years working with Fortune 100 clients and their respective ad agencies. Agencies include, 360i, BBDO Moscow, Edelman, GlobalHue, Goodby Silverstein & Partners, iCrossing, J. Walter Thompson, Ogilvy & Mather, The Richards Group, Y&R, among countless others…

Prior to founding Hype Mob, a premier sports entertainment and media company built for Gen Z, Justin spearheaded the development of experiential marketing activations for youth-targeted audiences through his production company First Wave Entertainment. In this capacity, Justin EP’ed & produced projects for some of the worlds’ largest brands including Bridgestone, Cigna, Disney, EA Sports, GameStop, Genentech, Intel, LG, Nestlé, PepsiCo, and Pfizer. Music Labels include, Atlantic, Mute, Roc Nation, Vagrant, and Warner Music Group.

Justin has also been fortunate enough to have produced work for some of the worlds most iconic fashion brands including Estée Lauder, Ray-Ban, and Tommy Hilfiger. Additionally, Justin has cultivated and worked with some of the industry’s most visionary storytellers, filmmakers, and photographers, which included Miles Aldridge, Francesco Carrozzini “Franca: Chaos and Creation”, Peter Glanz “The Longest Week”, Tony Kaye “American History X”, Jean-Pierre Jeunet "Amélie", and Yoann Lemoine AKA “Woodkid”.
