As the founder and partner of my company, Arbor Growth, I help clients achieve their growth goals through innovative and effective growth marketing strategies. I have over six years of experience as a growth strategy consultant at Google, where I worked with some of the world's leading brands and organizations to optimize their online presence, engagement, and revenue. I also have a strong background in sports and leadership, as I was a professional lacrosse player for three years and a 2017 MLL champion with the Ohio Machine. I hold a B.B.A. in Marketing and Leadership from the University of Detroit Mercy, where I learned the fundamentals of business, communication, and teamwork. I am the Founder and CEO of Arbor Growth Partners, an advertising and digital marketing firm that helps mid-market businesses grow faster and smarter. I led and managed teams of specialized growth marketers for five years at Google's Accelerated Growth Team, where I worked with select SMB clients to boost their online presence and revenue. Prior to Google, I completed my MBA at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and my MPA at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government. I also have a background in the military and the government, where I served as an Infantry Officer in the US Army, a Naval Officer in the US Navy, and a Political Military Analyst at the US Department of State. I am passionate about helping Mid-Market businesses achieve their growth potential, leveraging my expertise in strategy, marketing, and advertising.
