Proactive - No matter if I ask any silly question that shocks anyone, I guess proactively putting any query (or my doubt) would clarify subject and help me to come up with more intelligent suggestion. I proactively suggest best possible solution to customer based on my understanding and for my understanding I proactively put my questions across the table.

Peace - I have strong feeling that only a peaceful mind has capability to make stable decision.This attribute gives me a lot of strength and confidence. Everything cannot be done at the drop of a hat. I know its important to keep my mind peaceful even if there is more to chew on my plate!
