Ever since I was a kid. Little did I know it wasn’t as easy as I thought it would be. 
So that’s when it all changed and my journey really began.

Hi, my name is Ely, and it all started in 2017..

I decided to leave a career of almost 10 years working for corporate.

I travelled all across the globe working for big time worldwide companies.

Perhaps you might know Jonhson & Johnson or MARS? 

Well, if you don’t know them, I’m 100% sure you consumed at least one of their products in your lifetime.

Either way, I was there as an IT Project Manager because I always loved tech.

But the problem was: I also loved entrepreneurship. And I’ve always had a natural talent for sales too - I loved selling stuff to my friends when I was a kid.

But my career in IT didn’t enable me to develop these skills much.

So that’s when I met Marketing. And it just clicked. So then, I planned to leave my job in 2017.

And that’s what I did. 

When I embarked this journey, I decided I wanted to combine two of my passions: marketing and tech, and it just made total sense.

Considering my background of 10+ years working with IT, I think it made me a good fit for that!

And so, I've been impacting consumers and companies worldwide ever since.

✅ MY EXPERTISE: From 2018 to 2021, I’ve helped several global B2B SaaS & startup leaders/founders to dramatically grow their revenue & MRR. After that, I've decided to focus heavily on web3, and enable companies to make the best out of marketing by using web3 technology.

I have spent over 20 years working across the health and fitness industry, building experience on both the operator and supplier sides of the market. My career has covered commercial growth, regional leadership, business development, and operational environments, giving me a broad understanding of how clubs and partners actually function day to day.

I’ve worked closely with operators, instructors, suppliers, and senior leadership teams to support sustainable growth — whether that’s developing regional strategies, supporting sales and pre-sales activity, improving partner relationships, or helping businesses translate product value into real-world outcomes on the gym floor.

What tends to define my approach is balance: I’m commercially minded, but grounded in operational reality. I understand that success in this industry comes from aligning people, processes, and product — not just hitting short-term numbers. I’m comfortable operating at regional level, supporting field teams, working with head office stakeholders, and acting as a bridge between commercial and operational priorities.

I’m now open to roles where experience, perspective, and steady leadership add value — including regional or national business development, regional management, supplier-side roles, club operations, or pre-sales environments.
