As the Head of Marketing at John Charcol, I lead the strategy and execution of the company's marketing campaigns, brand awareness, and media relations. Leveraging my expertise in residential mortgages, mortgage marketing, and mortgage brokers to create and deliver engaging and informative content that showcases John Charcol's independent mortgage advice and solutions.

I have over four years of experience at John Charcol, where I started as a Senior Specialist Mortgage Adviser, then moved to the role of Mortgage Technical Manager, and finally to my current position. 

In my previous roles, I focused on building and working with a range of lenders, both regulated and unregulated, and providing advice to clients on complex and challenging cases. 

I have also been featured as a mortgage and property market commentator in several publications, such as The Times, Financial Times, and Daily Mail. 

My mission is to help people achieve their property goals and dreams, while also contributing to the growth and success of John Charcol as a whole of market broker.
