📌I was born and raised in Bosnia and Herzegovina. 
When I turned 20, I  landed a job in The Green Zone in Baghdad, Iraq. 

📌I spent 4 years there working to put myself into school and move to the USA. 
The contract called for 84 hours/week. It was a blast - literally! 

📌While in Baghdad, I worked at the New Embassy Compound (NEC), the largest US Embassy in the world.

📌I moved to the States in 2011 and first lived in Honolulu. I moved to Norfolk, VA, in 2019 and shortly after I resided in the beautiful MD - DMV area. I am currently located in Orlando, FL. 

📌I was brave enough to start my own business in the summer of 2022, and I honestly can say I live the "American Dream."

•	Managed over 1300 employees across Kosovo, Macedonia, and Greece; providing a total of 63 services to U.S. and coalition military forces. 
•	Was heavily involved in the hiring process for new employees, as had the ultimate approving authority for extending employment offers. 
•	Conducted monthly townhall meetings with my employees, with over 800 personnel in attendance. 
•	Gave a minimum of 15 presentations per week to high-ranking military officials and senior company executives. 
•	Ensured that all direct hire and sub-contract personnel had the required documents to perform the work (Schengen visa, etc.).

•	Managed over 1300 employees from 44 different countries; providing a total of 82 services to U.S. and coalition military forces in the largest military installation in Iraq. 
•	Was heavily involved in the hiring process for new employees, as was one of the final approving authorities for extending employment offers.

North and South America Sales Executive

Fluor

Managed 62 personnel in the largest military installation and distribution center in Afghanistan, with accountability of over 50,000 lines of U.S. Government non-expendable assets (both Government Furnished Property and Contractor Acquired Property) valuing at $145 million. 

Developed and implemented the majority of internal company policies and procedures to improve the functionality and compliance of the overall project in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.245-1. Said policies and procedures have been adopted and utilized as best practices on other Fluor Government contracts.

Government Property/Materials Area Manager

Established first warehouse in Forward Operating Base (FOB) Tarin Kowt, Afghanistan. 

Was responsible for 15 employees working in the warehouse, tool room, logistics, and Property department. Performed daily training applicable to all contractual requirements to said personnel.

Established Authorized Stock List (ASL) for all departments working in FOB Tarin Kowt. These departments include, but are not limited to Power Generation, Dining Facility, HVAC, Water, Plumbing, Carpentry, Safety, and Electrical. 

Successfully passed two assessments performed by the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA).

Materials/Property Lead (Supervisor)

Developed and administered two day course, titled “Property Acquisition to Disposition”, as well as a three hour course for all non-Property personnel, titled “Government Property 101”. 

Administered training to over 4,000 company employees in over 100 locations across Iraq, Kuwait, Afghanistan, and the United Arab Emirates. Said classes ranged from three students to over 100 students, which included entry level positions, through corporate executive level staff inclusive of company vice presidents.

Developed and narrated online courses to better educate company employees throughout the eight countries under the LOGCAP III contract.
