Growing up, Melvin wanted to be an e-sport professional, supports Arsenal football club and now often playing tennis

Seeing how his mentor bought time with his family through investments, motivated him into the finance industry. 

Currently, Melvin leads a team of North Asia Relationship Managers and Acquisition Managers. 

Focusing on creating a sustainable and fun culture that people wish to be part of, he has build teams to #1 ranking within less than a year. 

He believes Happy Staffs = Happy Clients. 

In Indonesia, he was the project manager for the bank's SME key strategic digital initiatives, formed partnerships with large tech companies and Indonesia's biggest business associations to drive new business. 

White hair started appearing in recent years as he had to master 2 new languages without formal education - Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia. 

Tony Robbins taught him to count his blessing as everyday is a gift and to see problems as a learning opportunity. 

Off work, Melvin tries to be a solid dad to his 8 year old son who trains him to exercise patience and simplify explanation on complex matters.
