While I was bouncing between Saudi Arabia, family visits, and a sick bed, you just kept growing.

No perfect launch. No strategy. Just... happened.

And while I was lying there wondering why my body hates me, you all went from 19k to 20k.

Turns out the best things happen when you're not even trying.

This post is a bit overdue.
I got sick shortly after returning from Riyadh, and it took longer than expected to get back on my feet.

Looking back now, I want to properly thank everyone involved in the training week last month.

Führungskräfte besuchen Trainings über Coaching-Stile, Kommunikation, Empathie.
Aber im Alltag verhindern Reporting-Kaskaden, Gremien und Freigabeschleifen jede echte Verantwortung.

Viele glauben, sie bräuchten „bessere Führungskräfte“.
In Wahrheit brauchen sie ein System, das Führung ermöglicht.

Solange die Struktur Heldentum belohnt, kann niemand moderne Führung leben.
Auch nicht mit dem 17. Leadership-Training.

Nicht die Menschen sind das Problem.
Sondern ein Führungssystem, das Verantwortung verhindert.

𝗔𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝗺 𝗔𝗹𝗹𝘁𝗮𝗴 𝗿𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗲𝗿𝘁 𝘄𝗲𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗱𝗶𝗲 𝗞𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲.

Auf dem Papier: Freiheit.
In der Realität: Freigaben, Rückversicherungen, Abstimmungen.

Das ist Autonomie-Theater.

𝗗𝗶𝗲 𝘁𝘆𝗽𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗦𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗲:

➡️ Mitarbeitende haben „Freiheit“, aber keine klaren Rollen.
➡️ Sie sollen „selbst entscheiden“, wissen aber nicht, in welchem Rahmen.
➡️ Es gibt „Eigenverantwortung“, aber die meisten Entscheidungen müssen doch wieder mit dir oder der nächsten Ebene abgestimmt werden.

Das zerstört Vertrauen schneller als jede schlechte Präsentation.

𝗠𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗳𝘂̈𝗵𝗹𝗲𝗻 𝘀𝗶𝗰𝗵 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗽𝘂𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗿𝘁:
„Ich soll eigenverantwortlich sein, aber …“
und dann kommen die unsichtbaren Grenzen.

𝗜𝗰𝗵 𝗯𝗶𝗻 𝗶𝗻 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗸𝘁𝗲𝗻 𝗶𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝘄𝗶𝗲𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝘂𝗳 𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗮𝘂 𝗱𝗶𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻 𝗙𝗲𝗵𝗹𝗲𝗿 𝗴𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗼ß𝗲𝗻:
Man ändert die Rhetorik, aber nicht den Mechanismus.

Man hofft, dass mit „mehr Freiheit“ automatisch das Richtige passiert.
Aber Freiheit ohne Klarheit ist nur Chaos.

𝗪𝗮𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝗿𝗸𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗵 𝗳𝘂𝗻𝗸𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗲𝗿𝘁, 𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗺𝗶𝘁 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘀𝗲𝘁 𝘇𝘂 𝘁𝘂𝗻 𝗮𝗹𝘀 𝗺𝗶𝘁 𝗦𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺:

✅ 𝗞𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻 (wer verantwortet was?)
✅ 𝗞𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗘𝗻𝘁𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗱𝘂𝗻𝗴𝘀𝗿𝗮̈𝘂𝗺𝗲 (was entscheide ich selbst, was nicht?)
✅ 𝗞𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗢𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗲𝗿𝘂𝗻𝗴 (wofür entscheiden wir überhaupt?)
✅ Und dann: Autonomie, die nicht permanent übersteuert wird.

𝗜𝗻 𝘀𝗼𝗹𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗦𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻 𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗻 𝗘𝗻𝘁𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗱𝘂𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗻:

↳ näher an der Arbeit getroffen,
↳ schneller und klarer,
↳ mit weniger Rückfragen und weniger Theater.

Nicht, weil die Menschen „besser“ sind,
sondern weil Koordination funktioniert und Steuerung zurücktritt.
