•	Formulates the schedules and delegates assignments for on-site freelancers, PAs and the events and operations team
•	Intercepts outside contractors and troubleshoots or answers questions while acting as the liaison for the ACM

•	Lessened the loads on the General Manager, Human Resources Manager, Director of Sales and Director of Accounting taking on roles as their assistants
•	Acted as a Front Desk agent answering phones when needed, checking in guests and assisting with overall hotel operations

As a Front Office Intern, I learned all facets of the title; Front Desk, At Your Service Agent, and Runner. As a Front Desk Agent, responsibilities included cash handling, check-ins and outs, customer service and entering guests requests. As an At Your Service Agent job duties consisted of answering all incoming phone calls from the back office, and ensuring that guests had answers to any questions. As a Runner, I did all deliveries to rooms for guest requests; towels, mini-fridges, roll-away beds, bathrobes, etc.
