• Created communication strategies and tactical materials that supported each client’s unique culture, company brand and internal communications voice, to influence their overall benefits and wellness strategy, showing an ROI for their benefits administration spend. 
• Participated in the sales and RFP/RFI processes, representing benefit communication capabilities (administrative and strategic) – created enhanced sales materials, attended sales meetings for new and existing clients. 
• Developed standardized templates and off-the-shelf communications for large-scale projects to be used enterprise-wide. 
• Directly managed the Open Enrollment and wellness communication strategy and tactical deliverables for large-scale clients. Tactical delivery included project management, vendor coordination, writing, editing and designing materials, and client engagement.

• Designed and managed the migration on the employee intranet portal for the Xerox to Conduent split, impacting 90,000 employees and created Recruiting EVP for Xerox to Conduent split – including strategy, blueprint, talk tracks, social media strategy and assets.

Key Accomplishments Include:

I'm a champion for productive and strategic workplace disruption - currently in a phase of metamorphosis! 

As a visionary and builder, it’s exhilarating to be broadening my scope and opportunity for impact. The product of small business and blue-collar roots, I fought the pull toward entrepreneurship until the universe slapped me in the face and told me told me it was happening… immediately. (Or something like that)

I’m fiercely passionate about children and families- which, accidentally, led me down a path that’s now incredibly obvious… to Human Resources! 

Over the past 15 years, I’ve developed expertise in organizational systems, employer brand, and employee well-being. Add almost a decade of startup life, and a surprising knack for Guerrilla marketing emerged. 

I currently had the honor of stepping into the role of Interim Executive Director for Matthew’s Voice Project - a grass-roots nonprofit I’ve loved and championed passionately since my invitation to join the board in 2022. This role has reinvigorated an enthusiasm for impact-driven work that I didn’t know I had stifled. I am grateful for the opportunity to develop this organization until we are both ready for a transition to its permanent ED. 

I sometimes joke that I disrupted myself out of a job through DisruptHR. But, in reality, the experience of bringing the event back to Minneapolis made it impossible to ignore the fact that I’d outgrown my environment. I’m now on teams bringing Disrupt to two new cities in addition to leading the efforts with MSP.

I’m so excited that my dear friend Sam Eaton brought Toby Kheng into my life. I now get to host the podcast, Work Sucks, with someone who loves being a disruptor, and talking, just as much as myself.
