I am working on 3 projects to improve internal services and move the marker on the Department's digitization agenda:  develop a program to increase digital literacy of staff;  lean out and end-to-end digitization of electronic forms used for internal processes [HR, Finance, etc] and improve the department's stewardship of IT assets and resources.

•	Provided briefing material; research and analysis; monitor, tracked and reported on Cabinet and Parliamentary events; 
•	Coordinated and reviewed Minister's Cabinet and Parliamentary returns; 
•	Organized interdepartmental consultations and horizontal coordination;
•	Liaised with Minister's office staff and provided strategic advice.  
•	Coordinated and scheduled Ministerial briefings and 
•	Managed departmental governance committees.

Supported the Minister for his participation at Cabinet committees, including: 
o	Monitored and reported on Cabinet committee activity;
o	Liaised with Minister's staff, Central Agencies and other government departments;

•	Implement incident management for the IT Call Centre and client service operation
•	Manage the incident tracking application and a small team of webmasters. 
•	Planning and implementing upgrades, managing a COTS agreement, customized design and programming, training and report designing and production. 
•	As a cost-recovery team, I managed client relations, marketed services, assessed business requirements and negotiated service level standards

I’ve moved around a lot, geographically and professionally.  Each change brought a learning experience.   As a result, I am a devoted change-agent and life-long learner.  I moved from Montreal to Ottawa in the early nineties to pursue a shiny new IT certification.  I did my degree work-term in the Public Service and here I am, twenty years later, always learning and meeting head-on the challenges of a churning environment.
