As a Global Relationship Manager, I oversee the portfolio to streamline processes and enhance control mechanisms. I support senior management in strategic planning and early credit issue identification. I drive revenue generation, product alignment, customer satisfaction, and cost containment to increase HSBC’s share of wallet with clients in France and overseas. I identify business opportunities through daily client interactions and collaborate with experts across HSBC’s business lines. I act as the primary contact for clients and colleagues, maintain internal control standards, and ensure timely implementation of audit points and regulatory issues.
I remain updated on external factors influencing international business e.g. economic, cultural, geographical, or regulatory requirements

Global Relationship Manager

As part of the Global Relationship Management Team, I contributed to the Mid Market Corporate portfolio's Business development in collaboration with experts amongst HSBC's business lines, namely Global Liquidity & Cash Management, Global Trade & Receivable Finance, Global Markets, Asset Management, Private Banking, Insurance & Investment and more.
HSBC offers a tremendous network of products and geographies to support the business of its clients in France and abroad.
In this role, I took care on the one hand, of the portfolio's Global Risk Management, in particular Financial Crime Compliance Risk, Operational Risk and Tax and Regulatory Compliance policies.
On the other hand, I performed Financial and credit analysis based on the corporate clients needs: short-term (overdraft, trade credit facilities and more) as well as mid-term and long-term granted credit facilities including Real Estate Loans, Leverage Buy-Outs and Syndicated Loans
I ensured the Implementation of HSBC's internal monitoring and compliance policies such as KYC, 6th filter, Anti-Money Laundering prevention

Deputy Global Relationship Manager

I took part in the Small and Medium Enterprises portfolio's Business development in collaboration with experts amongst HSBC's business lines.
In this role, I took care on the one hand, of the portfolio's Global Risk Management, in particular Financial Crime Compliance Risk, Operational Risk and Tax and Regulatory Compliance policies.
On the other hand, I oversaw the International Business Banking Center's Data Quality Management and monitored our risk key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure full compliance and implementation of HSBC's Global Standards.
I ran Financial and credit analysis based on the corporate clients needs.

Deputy International Relationship Manager

I conducted short-term and mid-term credit analysis for companies within the Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) market
I assisted the Relationship Managers with the customer retention, development and globally portfolio management of borrowing and non-borrowing accounts
I took part in the Business Banking Center's prospecting campaign on the mid-market
enterprises (MMEs)
I was in charge of the customers compliance program known as OKYC "Online Know Your
Customer"
