In her previous role, she was an award-winning SaaS CX Sales Director, a mentor for Customer Experience leaders, and an advocate for women working in CX.

She has been the first Sales Rep on the ground, responsible for delivering rapid revenue growth for several organizations — honing her talent for building a strong ecosystem of collaborators.
