Also, expanding the company’s business across work environments, helping build customer relationships, and assisting the President in maximizing the operating performance of the company.

Core Responsibilities:

•	Creating, administering, and implementing winning business development strategies for accounting practices that the company should pursue.
•	Identifying, evaluating, and conducting follow-up on sales leads to closing the deal.

As a Senior Business Development Manager at XL KPO, my role is to identify new outsourcing business opportunities in order to generate revenue, improve profitability and help the business grow. I am involved in strategic planning and positioning in the accounting markets, and enhancing the outsourcing operation of the business, position, and reputation in some way. 

I am also responsible for service introduction and content development, creating and implementing marketing strategies, creating sales copy, blog activities, planning events, and managing social media activity.

My core responsibilities:

-	Research and identify new outsourcing opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, and services - new ways of reaching existing accounting outsourcing markets.
-	Seek out the appropriate contacts in the accounting area for outsourcing partnership
-	Generate leads and cold call prospective customers, meet customers/clients face to face or over the phone.
-	Understand the outsourcing needs of the customers and respond effectively with a plan of how to meet the requirements. And develop relationships with clients.
-	Seek ways of improving the way the outsourcing business operates, also attend seminars, conferences, and events in the UK and Ireland.

At QXAS UK, my role was that of prospector, wherein I look for potential clients who can benefit from QXAS’ tax and accounting outsourcing services. My job was to build client relationships and nurture them to convert these into long-term associations. I worked with a 300 strong client portfolio and make sure clients have everything they need in terms of services offered. 

I also introduced new services to clients taking them through the contours of each service and the benefits on offer. One of my primary responsibilities was to enhance existing relationships by ensuring clients are able to leverage the full potential of accounts and tax outsourcing.

My role also includes, but is not limited to:

•	Tracking and recording activity on accounts and closing deals to meet targets
•	Identifying opportunities for campaigns, services and fixing direct meetings with clients that will lead to an increase in sales
•	Attending events and seminars, and providing feedback and information on the accountancy market and creative trends in the UK
•	Promoting QXAS outsourcing services on social media
