Originally from the United States, now based in Berlin, Germany, I’m the Lead Campaigner & Managing Director of Content For Good & Co.

The work I do serves one purpose: to align marketing people, planet-first. 🌍

Through my keynote speaking and panel moderating on the topic of sustainable marketing, I bring warmth, informed optimism and hope to an often negative and doom-and-gloom climate topic.

•	Led and supervised a reorganization project (dealing with all aspects of organizational change project (i.e. communication and employees’ engagement).

•	Lead HR business activities for GE Digital Europe commercial organization (+250 employees, +10 legal entities).
•	Responsible for HR cycles in Europe: performance management, leadership development nominations, salary and bonus planning.
•	Awarded by the European Leadership team for resilient and proactive contributions.

HR Employee Partner

HR Generalist Intern for GE Corporate, GE Global Operations and GGO South Europe (Italy, Spain, Portugal, Greece and Israel), 400+ employees.
•	Guided managers and employees on HR processes and procedures: employee performance assessment (Performance Development), employee management, salary planning, training nominations and other daily needs.
•	Developed partnership relationship with HR Operations (HR Administrative Shared Service) to ensure the correctness of employees’ data in Oracle and the respect of GE processes during the daily activities.
•	Coordinated Italian HR Council activities: scheduled meetings, prepared agendas and materials and follow-up activities.

•	Led coordination of Talent and Development global activities in 10+ countries for 8000+ employees: performance management, performance improvement plans, leadership programs and training nominations.
