Senior Program Manager, Success & Product

My goal at Lavender was to focus on the success of our users. This success was reflected throughout the business but primarily focuses on Marketing, Product, and CS. Examples of where I spent my time in this role: beta testing new features, iterating onboarding, 1:1 customer feedback, optimizing email campaigns, elevating our UX, and optimizing customer education content.
