I take the initiative to make our teachers proud of their profession, and took the role of leading & organising an online event which includes presenting, connecting, encouraging fellows members, designing certificates, building partnership, collaborative PPTs, data management, sticking to guidelines, song presented, division of work, script creation of a long skit for role play. 
It was more than expected which made me knowledgeable of behind the task of managing a small 🤏 event as well. 
As a leader it was overwhelming how one person is convinced after saying 2 times NO to be a passionate team member. 
Made me more knowledgeable to human relationships.

Anchoring is what I am popular for in my school. 
Being enthusiastic & good listener is what its top needs. Different Voice modulation and hand gestures brings a difference. High pitch to low in a glance. Where to smile even where to not (comes from inside). Showing genuine interest in audience as well as participants makes the presence more noticeable. At last managing steps performances is the most valued skill.

› 2+ years of hands-on design
› 1+ year of expressive writing
› Event planning + business management experience (the most hectic job, u love the most) 
› 4+ years of content creation (always intrigued to do this but never really had anyone's trust but here I am 2k) 
› Grew LinkedIn to 2K+ in 2 months (then paused!) will update soon haha. 

I don’t say this to impress but just to give you a glimpse.
