With this role, I was fortunate enough to get to pursue my ultimate passion - joining strategic projects on the Communications team. I got to play a vital role in managing these projects across the organization including helping take our company to the public markets (NASDAQ: MNDY) and ensuring effective team development and completion of global communications efforts. This position merges creative services with operations to bring and build consistent workflows for a high-performing team. This role developed and oversaw efficient workflows for creative projects, access team bandwidth, designs project schedules, and supervises resources to fulfill the successful delivery on every project and media effort around the world.
