I have worked with foreign-based companies seeking local marketing and public relations support for their sales team in Canada. •	Managed an internal satisfaction survey tool to gauge performance of the US Corporate Marketing team members for the Fujitsu internal clients they served. 
•	Launched customer satisfaction “Voice of Customer” software from i-perceptions: track purpose of visit, satisfaction and task completion metrics for visitors of the Fujitsu America website.
•	Supported the development of a Marketing Approval Template, ensuring that requested marketing campaigns from sales and field marketing were aligned with organization goals.
•	Supported key industry trade shows, such as salesforce.com and FOSE US government technology events, with copy writing and creative direction for booth signage; ensured Fujitsu brand compliance.

Marketing Operations Manager NA

•	Managed Canadian Corporate Branding Guidelines and compliance
•	Supported the launch of a  redesigned Fujitsu Canada website and North American Fujitsu group portal site. Worked with all product marketing stakeholders to meet their needs. 
•	Responsible for Fujitsu e-commerce store, including shopping cart processes and fraud screening. 
•	Organized healthcare events, including a major sponsorship at e-Health (COACH Association) focused on self-service registration kiosk solutions. 
•	Supported Ontario public sector events, including participation in Showcase Ontario and breakfast series promoting Lean Healthcare in Ontario hospitals (improve efficiency).

Marketing Manager Consulting Canada

•	Provided corporate, internal (employee) and business unit marketing communications support
•	In conjunction with marketing managers and agency, organized advertising campaigns using bus shelter (transit) advertising, online, print, and search marketing (Google AdWords). 
•	Wrote press releases, advertising and invitation copy that built awareness and interest in Fujitsu products and services.
•	Administered the Intel Inside Program, including coordination and submission of all program compliant invoices for payment by Intel to Fujitsu for notebook advertising.  100% reimbursement achieved. Programs included print and online advertising, billboards, and dealer customer education events on Intel-based products.  
•	Joint collaboration with Concord Records, producing annual jazz sponsorship for brand building and customer appreciation.  Artists included Ray Charles, Tony Bennett and more.

Legacy Storage Systems

•	Organized many product launches at interesting venues, including a “hard hat tour” at the Toronto-based Design Exchange while the centre was being remodeled before its official launch. 
•	Donated a data storage system for Sheridan College Multimedia Program.  A special event was planned at an open house with members of the press in attendance for media exposure. 
•	Successfully launched the world’s first disk array (Storage System) in the US market, achieving 500% growth in revenues.
•	Assisted in writing of a number of white papers on data storage best practices.
•	Developed a Corporate Identity Program (letterhead, cards, and logo) for newly re-named company.

2. Working with an accessibility/inclusive design consulting firm that has has been on a United Nations world stage, advocating for the rights of Persons with Disabilities. 
3. Teaching LinkedIn to various audiences, including First Nations, newcomers and other jobseekers.

⏩Something noteworthy:

1. Launched a Chinese networking products company in NA, creating visibility and consumer demand. 
2. Increased visibility and sales for a top-tier #b2b rugged tablet manufacturer in public safety and industrial markets.
3. Directed a PR campaign for a small business scanner, reaching 48 percent of the Canadian population.
