My early career in recruiting started at Aerotek, one of the biggest aerospace recruiters in the country. A few years later, I started my own firm, Tru Path (formerly Job Brokers Inc.), a company that grew 100% year-over-year for eight years, scaling to $50 million in revenue. 

We hired over 50,000 people across many different industries. Churn was often high, and I realized that to drive real growth in a company's culture, you have to start at the top.

So in 2012, I co-founded Y Scouts, the world’s first purpose-driven executive search firm. We work with dozens of industries, from fashion to fitness, medicine to manufacturing.

• Own the relationship with the client - drive the entire sales cycle, manage client inquiries, and pursue opportunities to expand scope and services while supporting the client's cost savings initiatives.
• Exceed expectations and performance by improving fill-ratios and securing vendor status.
• Build relationships with consultants on assignment and with client to monitor engagement, ensure renewals and remarketing of talent.
• Direct a full range of HR leadership functions including recruitment, staffing, benefits, compliance, and employee relations to generate streamlined, efficient operations that achieve corporate and client objectives.
• Provide feedback to recruiting team to ensure quality delivery and meet account objectives.
• Coordinate and assist in scheduling technical and client interviews, including candidate interview preparation and debriefing.

Client Account Manager

TAPFIN-ManpowerGroup Solutions

Primary responsibility is to enroll all suppliers into MSP programs to maximize customer satisfaction and supplier participation. Primarily this includes implementing and managing the transition of the supplier population into the TAPFIN program (communications, contract execution, day-to-day troubleshooting of enrollment efforts, training, and problem resolution). Also works with suppliers and TAPFIN System Support to gather all required supplier information for populating the VMS. This role is also responsible for coordinating with the TAPFIN training team to provide training to suppliers regarding the MSP solution and VMS application to end-users.
•	Implement and manage supplier enrollment for assigned clients.
•	Ensure execution of all contract tasks, including participation agreements and end user license agreements; gather documentation per client requirements (diversity certification, articles of incorporation, certificates of insurance, etc.).
•	Ensure proper tracking of enrollment efforts and daily updates of tracking reports. 
•	As part of the implementation team prepare and present Supplier Enrollment methodology process and best practice communications to customers. 
•	Ensure proper communications and solid negotiations in the supplier contracting process, to ensure maximum participation/availability.
•	Responsible for ensuring resolution to the day-to-day issues that arise related to enrollment of the suppliers.
•	Ensure a “customer service” rapport with the field organization and ensure open communications.
•	Coordinate with ManpowerGroup Corporate Services to ensure all document retention requirements are met and that suppliers are setup in appropriate systems to facilitate their participation in TAPFIN programs and to arrange for invoicing and payment.
•	Knowledge and understanding of the TAPFIN Quality Policy, knowledge and use of the procedures and related quality system documents applicable to job tasks

Supplier Relationship Manager

Facilitates client relationships on accounts deemed strategic to company's success. Acts as central point of contact between branches across the country and the client's Managed Services Program (MSP) teams.

Ensures branches are trained on engagement best practices, Vendor Management Systems (VMS), and program compliance.

Handles issues needing escalation between the client and the branches.Tracks performance metrics to increase client support and responsiveness.
