At Y Scouts, we lead with purpose. We don’t advertise roles — we use our covert discovery process to handpick outstanding candidates for your leadership role. We obsess about 3 key characteristics:

My early career in recruiting started at Aerotek, one of the biggest aerospace recruiters in the country. A few years later, I started my own firm, Tru Path (formerly Job Brokers Inc.), a company that grew 100% year-over-year for eight years, scaling to $50 million in revenue. 

We hired over 50,000 people across many different industries. Churn was often high, and I realized that to drive real growth in a company's culture, you have to start at the top.

So in 2012, I co-founded Y Scouts, the world’s first purpose-driven executive search firm. We work with dozens of industries, from fashion to fitness, medicine to manufacturing.

•Chose, implemented, and trained the organization on a new CRM, ATS, and performance management databases

•Conducted phone screenings and in person job interviews for all positions within the organization

•Grew the sales team from a headcount of 3 to over 20 within the first 6 months increasing revenue by over $500k

Soren Inc.

•Responsible for the recruiting, staffing, organizational planning and training

•Oversaw the daily operations of nine US offices and hired, coached, mentored and developed 12 recruiters

•Created performance metrics and implemented performance improvement systems throughout the organization

•Created and conducted employee orientation, development, and training for sales executives and recruiters

•Grew the organization from one office location to nine locations across the US, increasing headcount to over 200+ and scaling revenue from $0 to over $3M+

• Responds to inbound customer inquiries in order to diagnose and resolve advanced cellular technical issues while providing a superior level of customer service in alignment with quality expectations 
• Performs troubleshooting and problem-solving in a variety of systems including the billing system, switches, SMSC/MMSC (text and picture messaging systems), and AAA data server
• Works with other U.S. Cellular® associates, departments, and functions in a professional, courteous and collaborative fashion.  This includes partnering regarding network and equipment developments and issues and interfacing effectively in regards to technical issues
• Supports a growing number of wireless/data products, and continuously demonstrates proficiency in product knowledge and call handling skills
• Takes advantage of continuous learning opportunities, with emphasis on maintaining and growing technical knowledge and skills, and keeps current on projects, services and technology changes within the company and industry

Kencom Public Safety Dispatch

• Multi-Jurisdictional dispatcher, dispatch for four police agencies and eight fire departments
• Take 911 calls, input the information into the computer system, give emergency medical and personal safety instructions, and dispatch the proper agency
• Receive non-emergency calls from each police/fire department
• Input warrants and criminal information into the computer system
