I’m on a mission to change how we hire leaders in this country. Our employees and customers deserve to work with executives who are aligned on the values and the mission of the company, as well as being highly capable.

My early career in recruiting started at Aerotek, one of the biggest aerospace recruiters in the country. A few years later, I started my own firm, Tru Path (formerly Job Brokers Inc.), a company that grew 100% year-over-year for eight years, scaling to $50 million in revenue. 

We hired over 50,000 people across many different industries. Churn was often high, and I realized that to drive real growth in a company's culture, you have to start at the top.

So in 2012, I co-founded Y Scouts, the world’s first purpose-driven executive search firm. We work with dozens of industries, from fashion to fitness, medicine to manufacturing.

•	Designed and implemented Booker’s company on-boarding for every new employee in every role.
•	Greater efficiency and productivity initiatives resulted in a 64% increase in average number of new customers per rep per month.
•	Strong adherence to sales process and methodology resulted in a 71% decrease in the average length of sales cycle.

Highlights:  Fast-paced, high growth software company grew from $26M-$100M during my tenure. Enhanced the efficiency of sales organization through leadership development, strong adherence to process and sales methodology, and a commitment to creating a high-performing, motivating culture.

•	Designed and implemented the first Sales & Partner Enablement function for Infusionsoft.  Hired and trained team members specializing in process creation, data analysis, systems and operations, employee hiring, partner onboarding, certification & training, and employee experience.
•	Greater efficiency and productivity initiatives resulted in 26% year over year revenue growth with only 9% new net reps to the business
•	Achieved record new customer acquisition subscriptions and average monthly recurring revenue numbers in the Direct Sales org by driving our team to consultative, value selling.
•	Created and executed hiring process that resulted in 30% less turnover in sales professionals.

As the co-owner of Room 4 Baby, a popular baby and juvenile furniture store in Gilbert, AZ, I creatively managed all aspects of the busy small business. I supervised all sales staff, handled all accounts payable functions, trained employees, maintained payroll, and negotiated terms and contracts for hundreds of companies to ensure a favorable profit margin. I designed all our marketing materials including print ads, web site, branding, web store, blog and customer newsletter.
