When ready, we embed them into growing startups that are needing to scale. Each developer, while immersed in a project, has full-time access to expert-level engineering support (mostly university professors), and product

Every contract is month-to-month, allowing companies to scale up (as large as needed) or down (including stopping service altogether) with a 30-day notice. If an engineer is not a good fit, they are swapped out in real-time with a new developer onboarded on Neutech's dime.

I’m an expert product manager, strategist, and entrepreneur, having led technical teams for over 12 companies and built infrastructure from the first hire to over 50 full-time developers. I have extensive experience creating product roadmaps and matching resources to organizational vision. I am able to distill very complex technological specifications into digestible pieces, serving as a key liaison between technical and business development teams.
