Hey there! I'm Max, founder and CEO of Orbit, where we unlock the potential of B2B tech companies by striking strategic partnerships in exciting new markets.

My passion for entrepreneurship and exploring the world has taken me on a journey across various countries, immersing myself in diverse cultures and business landscapes. These experiences have taught me the true power of indirect sales channels in achieving success across borders.

Throughout my career, I've tackled numerous entrepreneurial projects, including founding a startup studio called Focus, specializing in development, research, and design. I also had an insightful stint at Deloitte as an auditor. The common thread? The undeniable impact of strong partnerships.

Inspired by these experiences, I created Orbit — a platform connecting B2B tech businesses with industry partners in emerging markets like India, Indonesia, LATAM, MENA, and beyond. Our unique ecosystem boasts 250+ affiliate, referral, and reseller partners, helping entrepreneurs harness the power of indirect sales, speed up time to market, and broaden their horizons.

Orbit has experienced rapid growth, attracting angel investors from TMT Investments, Miro, and four other outstanding professionals and working with alumni clients of Stanford, Google Ventures, and Alchemist. My achievements as a top founder led me to participate in a prestigious acceleration program led by Stanford professor Bret Waters.

In 2022, I embarked on a new adventure by moving my family to Bangalore, India's IT hub, to launch Orbit and immerse myself in the local culture. This bold move reinforced my dedication to fostering international collaboration and empowering entrepreneurs worldwide.

Outside the boardroom, I'm a proud dad to two amazing daughters, a yoga enthusiast, and an adventure-seeker with a passion for mountaineering and paragliding.

Bhavya Bagrecha is co-founder at Aritraa Group. Aritraa Group has business interests in Real Estate sector with special focus on REIT properties, Oil & Gas, Logistics & Warehousing, Wayside Amenities, Fintech & Startup Business Advisory.

He has about 22 years of experience in Private Equity & Investment Management, Business Strategy, Investment management, Finance, Start-Up Advisory, Corporate Taxation and compliances and Corporate Governance are his area of expertise.

Prior to Aritraa, he has worked with Landmark Capital & Milestone Capital as Investment Professional, responsible for fund’s investment into projects within India across real estate sector. He has hands on full life cycle investment experience of investing Domestic and Offshore fund across all verticals of Real Estate like Commercial, Residential, Warehouse, Co-living, IT Parks etc both at under construction and fully completed stage and also represented as Nominee director at various Investee companies on behalf of fund and helped them in streamlining processes, strengthening governance practices and performance reviews. 

At Milestone, he was actively involved in developing innovative investment themes including REIT and in devising divestment strategies thereby creating value for the stakeholders. He was also involved in Joint Venture Documentation, fund raising, and due diligence exercise undertaken by Domestic and Global Wealth Management firms, Corporates and Investors. Prior to that he has worked in the Financial Analysis and Cost Management Cell of TATA Steel Limited.

Bhavya has secured gold medal in his post-graduation in commerce from Jai Narain Vyas University and is a qualified Chartered Accountant from ICAI, Company Secretary from ICSI and Cost Management Accountant from ICMAI.
