The highest decision body of Lundaekonomerna, where I and 20 others were elected by our 3500 members. Together we are responsible for taking big picture decisions in regard to the budget, financial planning and recruiting.

We are responsible for organizing corporate events at Lund University - School of Economics and Management. We plan approximately 30 events throughout the year and are constantly looking for more companies to introduce to our students. 

In my role as Project Leader I coordinate and motivate our 19 committee members, all with different positions and roles in the committee. Other than that I work mainly with creating new quality relationships with companies in order to add value to the members of LundaEkonomerna as well as giving companies the chance to expand their network together with our students developing their employer branding.

Worked in a busy, French-speaking restaurant in Nice during a gap between university semesters to improve my French. Managed up to 30 tables during high-season shifts, prepped the dining area, and provided efficient, friendly service in a fast-paced environment. Developed strong communication skills in French while working closely with both the kitchen and front-of-house teams.

Responsibilities included coordinating bus transfers, leading welcome meetings, planning and selling excursions, and providing on-the-ground support to travelers. Before Andsend, I built and scaled the Customer Success function at Zaplify from the ground up as the first CSM, creating the structure, processes, and strategies that helped grow the company to 10M SEK ARR. My focus was on driving adoption, retention, and expansion by ensuring customers saw real value from our product.
