The WOTC Tax Credit is a dollar-for-dollar tax credit of your IRS taxes owed. For example, as a business owner/operator, if you owe $50k in taxes that year and we're able to generate a $50k tax credit, you owe $0.00 that year in taxes.

How much can you expect to get? A mid-sized home care agency, for example, that hires about 30 new people per month can expect a WOTC Tax Credit of more than $250k annually.

The main reason people don't do this is because they don't know about it.

As London (and laterally, National Sales Manager) I was proud of taking a new innovative click flooring product (Proclick) to market across the UK. Building various sales channels within the events & entertainment industry, construction sector and brand/creative agencies taught me the importance of specification selling to strategic influencers & TV set designers.    

As I developed further into the role, (and learn more about the unique culture of the whole TV, film, events, branding and entertainment industry), I began to utilise the strong relationships built up with creatives, designers and producers to expand the selling portfolio of services available from S+H. This included lighting products like LED video screens, LED video floors, starcloths, & velvet drapes.

My key objectives for this start up was to grow and establish the business from a standing start, build a foundation of brand awareness in the market, develop a robust internal team, and build key manufacturer links- which included locating foreign quarries for the import of designer natural stone.

Key projects included Bovey Castle, Exeter Princesshay Shopping Development, Plymouth Science Park & Royal William Yard, Plymouth.
