An executive coaching company whose purpose is to enable individuals, teams, and organisations to transform how they work to create more value through working collaboratively and with a clearly defined purpose. 

I help people at the managerial level to get the best from their teams and to recognise the value of motivation for themselves and others through aligning with their strengths and values

“Our activity is not unduly complex or out of reach of the team, but the volume is overwhelming.”

I remember saying this as a senior leader – and realising I was on the verge of burning out a very capable team.

Nothing was “too hard”.

The problem was how work hit them: constant demand, duplicated requests, blocked processes, everything “urgent”.

My first move was the usual: push harder, reprioritise, rally the troops.
It helped briefly. Then the same problems came back.

What finally changed things was stepping back to look upstream:

- Where is demand being created unnecessarily?

- Where does work bounce around or get stuck?

- What assumptions am I making about “this is just how it is”?

Psychology calls this confirmation bias – proving our old view right instead of imagining a better system.

The better move is not to squeeze more out of a capable team, but to create the space to challenge the assumptions you’re unconsciously confirming. 
Looking at demand upstream, not just productivity downstream.

Bringing in different perspectives lets us see the problem from different angles.

So instead, I worked with 'Imagine'

- Imagine if we could drive up satisfaction with our services, what would it take?
- Imagine if we could deal with the root cause of the problem, what would that look like?

Because, by borrowing the phrase of one of my coaching clients, 'the art of the possible' is where creativity starts, and frustration and tensions dissipate.

We all have invisible obstacles in our minds. We cling to approaches that worked in the past, even when they’re no longer right for the present. 

That’s our brain on confirmation bias: proving ourselves right instead of asking, “What else might be possible?

In this role, I serve as the HR Department's representative in the AccessHolding Headquarters Office's Supervisory Board Nomination & Remuneration Committee (NRC). One of my key responsibilities is to devise and execute Access Network banks' HR strategy in accordance with the Group HR strategy. 

Based on my progressive industry-related experience, I provide insightful HR direction and guidance to top management at Access Network Banks and Headquarters. Moreover, I manage core HR facets inclusive of staffing, compensations/benefits, training, organizational development, and employee relations with a keen eye on instilling a culture of enhanced work collaboration and performance improvement.

Some key accomplishments associated with this job role include:
• Introduced the first company-wide 360 evaluation of top managers in Headquarters and across the entire network.
• Initiated and carried out the first enterprise-wide external market salary and benefits survey for Berlin Headquarters.
• Executed a structured C-level recruiting procedure in close collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team.
• Conducted Coaching@Work training for AccessCampus participants, including developing Companywide coaching policy and coaching training content to improve staff performance.

As a part of this job role, I direct human resources and organizational development operations, including HR management, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and internal communication to optimize the performance, develop organization culture, and ensure alignment with organization core values. 

I led execution of human resources strategies and policies consistent with worldwide best practices and national labour law. One of my key tasks is to advice and assist the CEO and Executive Management Board on all human resource-related areas of the company's successful administration and operation. 

I am responsible for developing and implementing an annual and three-year business strategy for the Human Resource Department for seamless HR operations. Furthermore, I organize bi-annual Credo Summer & Winter Training Academies and staff retreats.

Below listed are some of my achievements within this job role:
• Successfully delivered finalizing MFI's Bank transformation project within budgetary and time constraints.
• Recruited, trained, and managed performance of over 4.5K employees in 65 Branch Offices of Credo.
• Initiated & introduced 360-degree feedback for middle & senior managers.
