Fun fact: I had a big part in the effort to restore nationwide grid stability after San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station was shut down.

•	Single owner of electrical unit yield of the leading die-first product which was ramped from 0% to 96%. Defined the needed actions by engineering and manufacturing and recommended the execution of strategies.

•	Selected as technical core team member for expat assignment to Dalian, China to start up Intel’s first greenfield wafer fab.
•	Managed training programs by defining the curriculum, supervising training sessions, and demonstrating equivalent or better proficiency indicators for a team of 20 newly hired local engineers and technicians.

•	Broad understanding of silicon manufacturing for processes including Lithography, Etching, Thin Films deposition, Planarization and their integration.  
•	Set Factory Quality priorities: drive engineering response to quality issues. Drive change to Quality Systems and culture.
•	Technology Development for new device architectures, materials and processes. Enable manufacturing ramp and high-volume sites success.
•	Managed priorities and directed technical analysis for 10 Team Engineers and 12 factory technicians responsible for defect reduction.

Senior Yield Engineer

•	Developed a new method for creating materials with a complete photonic band gap at optical wavelengths. Multi-step synthesis utilizing Atom Layer Deposition (ALD) of inverse opals and characterized their novel optoelectronic properties.
•	Synthesized world's first binary colloidal arrays by controlling electrostatic interactions between particles of different surface charges. Established and compared parameters required to generate ordered nanostructured materials in empirical settings and theoretical models.
•	Create a novel bottom-up synthesis of multifunction colloidal building blocks , as a mean to control electrostatic interaction between a small number of modified colloidal particles within aqueous phase of microemulsions.
•	Taught Chemistry and laboratory experiments to over 500 college students. 

•	Techniques: SEM; TEM; EDX; XRD; optical, light-scattering, FTIR, SERS, NMR and spectroscopy; ellipsometry, profilometry; QCM; CV; HPLC; Chromatography.
