For way too long, this age demographic has been neglected by the financial services industry. There are a large number of high income earners in my generation that are craving good, quality financial planning. That is what we are here for.

ARMs vs fixed rate mortgage

ARM = fixed rate for 3,5, or 7 years. Then it becomes variable and adjusts

Fixed = same for the whole term of the loan 

Which is better? 

In 2020 when rates were sub 3%, ARMs did not make sense
