Acquired: CocoAI - Increase Rev +15% w/ WhatsApp. Still looking for a $10-$100m Brand 🛒 .

Shopify’s ($144B) stock has taken a dive after a great earnings call.
1) Bad narrative of investing in AI but also buying back $2B in Shares.
2) The money printer kept printing.
3) Everyone’s in an AI panic.

It’s a combo of market moves (earnings sell off, AI cool down)

+ their own goal.

Either the biz is betting the farm on growth and we’re taking profits down.

Or we’re a cash machine letting everyone else torch capital on this AI thing.

The market did not like “kinda both”.

1) SaaSheads 10x from living the client life.
2) eCom nerds gain perspective.
3) Everyone understands how to better run a biz.

Who’s the best AI creator you follow that I should as well?

Laird Superfood ($35m) will be delisted by 2027 (if it isn’t bankrupt first).

The board should be fired.

The CEO + leadership needs to be replaced.

At $40-50m in Rev, it shouldn’t be a public biz.

And with a $35m market cap. 

What yahoos gave them $50m to buy another middling (at best) biz?

Laird was an early Influencer-backed Supplements brand.
