I worked 74 hrs this week
Onboarded 74 new clients 
I’m so delirious I’m eating a 🥕 

Because my brain won’t allow me to pick want to eat lol.

Heres what happened internally in our company

1) We dropped our price by 72% and had like 1 BAZZILION leads DM me, reply to my emails, and send me carrier pigeons to join our program 

2) My Community Managers Tayla, Samanta and Olivia had like 10x 1:1 onboarding’s. I’m taking them out for a VERY expensive lunch soon to say thanks.

3) TODAY I spent 5 hrs onboarding 73 people into our program. That was after I left my house at 5.45am to pick my brother, his wife, and my nephew from the airport. 

4) I re recorded our entire program for the 4th time. I’ll be recording all through the weekend also. Honestly I’m so proud of the content though.

5) My Co-Founder Steve Butler  finally released our 2x SaaS — GrowthMode and LinkNinja. Custom software new clients get for FREE in our program.

We also had a record week making $110,000.

But thats not even close to the best thing

Which was seeing how EXCITED all our new clients are to be part of our program.

Honestly, all I want to do is seeing clients win.

As really, it’s the only thing that matters.

I hire about a freelancer a week usually.
Most of them think I base my hiring decision on experience, skills or price.
Yes, these are important. 
But only in "low-touch" jobs where I hardly communicate with the freelancer.

Fun fact one: LinkedIn terms and conditions state that you can only use your real name and not your business name.
Fun fact two: LinkedIn allows its paid influencer Caleb Kruse - Mr. Paid Social to add whatever he wants to his name.

When I added "SDR as a Service" to my name I got slapped by LinkedIn and forced to remove it.

But apparently there are different rules for different users.

I hired two Clay operators last month. 
One costs $X per hour. 
He's decent.

The other costs $1.7X per hour.
He's a superstar.
Takes ownership.
Works hard.
Comes up with novel solutions I never thought of. 

Turns out the bargain was hiding in the bigger invoice.

Downloaded 449 cybersecurity leads for a client. Apollo gave me emails but when I ran them through the verification? A mess. 
Risky, undeliverable, or straight up missing.

So I'm sitting there with106 leads I can't touch. Normally I'd just throw them away. That's money down the drain but whatever, right?
Wrong.

Decided to test BetterContact. Installed the Google Sheets add-on, copied my API key, and hit submit.

10 minutes later?
35% recovery rate. Got back around 30+ emails I can actually use. These are people that Apollo completely missed or gave me garbage emails for.

Here's why this matters:
If I'm pitching and I have BetterContact, and someone else just has Apollo - they're missing a quarter of their leads. I'm reaching people they literally cannot reach.

The waterfall through multiple providers just works. Yeah it costs credits but who cares if you're actually getting the contact info.

Anyway - if you're doing outbound and Apollo is leaving you with dead ends, might want to check this out.
