I'm not your typical accountant. 

I’m creative at heart and passionate about personal growth.

First, more on my background:

I’ve been a leadership coach since 2020, mainly working with leaders to help them understand themselves, build courage, overcome obstacles, and push themselves to reach their highest potential, without burning out.

I’ve also been a Chartered Accountant for over 15 years, leading finance teams in wide range of industries and organisations in Australia and the UK.

I also started writing online in 2020, and you know what? 

I learned I LOVE writing! 

Who would have thought, an accountant loves writing! I’ve mainly written about mindset, meaning and purpose, self-mastery and wellbeing in work.

And my latest frontier?

Becoming a dad! I’m the proud father of two beautiful boys.

I’ve been blogging online and writing a weekly newsletter since 2020.

But I was a bit all over the place, too many platforms and publishing commitments, trying to do too many things, and burning myself out.

It was time to:

DO LESS, BUT DIVE DEEPER.

I want to to build something awesome, but slowly. I'm in no rush. And that feels good.

I’ve worked with SO MANY founders and I’ve built lt a few businesses myself.

And

Here are the mistakes  I see all the time:

• No clear plan 

• Spending too much money too early

• Starting with a product instead of a real problem

• Trying to make everything perfect before launching

• Not talking to customers before building



It's not because people are lazy.

But because no one warns them what actually breaks businesses early.

I made many of these myself.
They don’t make you stupid.
They just make growth slower, more painful, and more expensive.


So if you’re building something right now:
Don’t wait for perfect.
Don’t build in isolation.
Don’t delay momentum.
