Finn AI

As the 1st Account Executive in the US at Finn AI I navigated the approach on to develop new customer relationships during the height of the pandemic. I worked with leadership to streamline this approach, which led to my landing a financial services client in the shortest sales cycle in company history. Finally, I was able to establish long lasting relationships with a range of professionals at Finn AI that influenced team comradery and improved morale.

Selected Accomplishments:

-Secured $1.5M in sales pipeline by developing cold relationships without any demand generation infrastructure
-Pioneered a customer development framework to aid marketing position and provide a streamlined approach to landing clients

MANTL

As the first & sole Enterprise Account Executive during my time at MANTL, I built pipeline by cold calling and representing MANTL’s product at conferences across the U.S. I overcame highly competitive sales cycles to land 2 new logos in my first 6 months.

Temenos

I was hired as the 12th North American employee and first SDR at Avoka to build a global Sales Development team & program. I was fortunate to grow alongside the company and perfect many of the technical communication skills I still use to this day. Avoka was acquired by Temenos in December 2018.

Select Achievements Include:
-Grew the SDR team’s global pipeline contribution by 12x
- Lead the SDR team to achieve 124% over goal FY19
-Performed above 100% capacity for the individual contributor goal for 3 consecutive years
-Pioneered the company’s go-to-market strategy as they pivoted to becoming a true FinTech player

I was lucky to land at Confio Software and establish my initial career experience with early-stage startups. I started as an inbound SDR, but was called on by leadership to develop a scalable outbound process. With direct process training from the authors of Predictable Revenue and innovative messaging I was able to make Confio's outbound program a success. My time at Confio came to an end following the SolarWinds acquisition.

I’ve spent a large portion of my career as a SaaS Account Executive with a simple focus of building and leading effective teams, filling pipelines, and developing relationships with clients through a consultative, educational-based Challenger approach.

As a backcountry skier, sometimes my life depends on making the best decisions with the best data I can get. Buying enterprise SaaS might not be as dangerous, but decisionmaking is constrained by the volatility of the current environment & today’s pace of innovation. That’s why modern buyers need sellers that can help them navigate the complexities of their SaaS needs and their own organization’s buying process - which is where I come in. 

I close deals by developing clear and concise messaging, counseling my teams on how to best align our offerings to address the value our clients are seeking, and helping those clients navigate their own buying journey.
