Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development Representative

FedEx

◾️providing exceptional customer service to clients who required assistance with tracking their packages and managing them in case of loss or issues with delivery. In this role, I actively helped clients track their packages and investigated any issues related to lost packages, working to ensure swift resolution and optimal customer satisfaction.

◾️In addition, I was responsible for giving ratings to individuals planning to ship packages to different locations. I also programmed drivers for recurring pick-ups for businesses or individuals with a contract with FedEx, ensuring they had the necessary materials, such as boxes, envelopes, and tracking stickers to ensure proper shipment.

◾️Throughout my tenure with FedEx, I actively assisted clients with common inquiries related to their shipments. My attention to detail and effective communication skills enabled me to provide customers with timely and accurate information, resulting in increased satisfaction and improved customer experiences.

◾️Overall, my experience as a Customer Representative for FedEx has strengthened my ability to communicate effectively with clients and manage customer inquiries. I am confident that I can apply these skills to any future role in customer service or support, helping to drive business success and exceed customer expectations.

Customer Representative

Turo

◾️As a Customer Support Representative for TURO, I was responsible for providing exceptional customer service to users of the car rental marketplace. Specifically, I worked in the Booking and Cancellation department, where I helped customers register their cars in the marketplace and assisted them in booking and canceling their rentals.

◾️In this role, I was responsible for responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues related to vehicle rentals, including vehicle swaps in case of damage or cancellation by the owner. I also helped customers report accidents and provided assistance with insurance policies in case of damage to the rental car.

◾️Throughout my time in this role, I actively helped customers explore different options for rentals and helped them choose the best option based on their specific needs. I also provided detailed guidance on how to use the website, resulting in increased customer satisfaction and improved user experience.

◾️Overall, my experience as a Customer Support Representative for TURO has strengthened my communication and problem-solving skills, and I am confident that I can apply these skills to any future role in customer service or support.

Customer Support Specialist

Microsoft

As a Microsoft Advocate for Accounts & Billing and Technical Support for Windows & Office, I provided exceptional technical support for customers across a range of Microsoft products. From October 2020 to September 2021, I was responsible for ensuring customers received the highest quality service and support, with a focus on resolving technical issues and providing advice on best practices.

During my time in this role,

◾️I offered technical remote support to customers with Windows computers, helping them update their Windows OS, performing prevention cleanups, and installing Office suite apps such as Microsoft 365 subscriptions and licenses. I was also responsible for determining product compatibility and issuing refunds when necessary.

◾️Additionally, I helped customers purchase products online and protected their Outlook and Microsoft accounts through 2-step verification and other security methods. I actively educated customers on best practices for account security, resulting in a 30% reduction in account hacking incidents.

◾️I was also responsible for activating Windows license keys and restoring Windows OS in cases of activation issues. I received training and certification on the latest Microsoft products and was recognized for my exceptional customer service skills.

Customer Care Advocate

Oportun

◾️As a Phone Application Support Representative at Oportun, I played a key role in helping customers obtain the loans they needed. My responsibilities included processing loan applications over the phone, reviewing required documents, and providing pre-approval and approval notifications. I also assisted customers in choosing the best loan disbursement option, whether it was to visit one of our offices or receive a wire transfer to their bank account. 
◾️Followed up with clients who started but did not complete the loan application process.
Persuaded clients to complete the loan application process and receive approval.
