How it works
It will help you run AI on your terminal with access to your tools via api or MCP servers. This way can generate agents able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously (Claude's agent function).
Best of all? It's so smart that it builds itself.

For the past couple of days, it produced reports, prepared a CRM list of prospects, prepared my meetings, created an updated task list, and  documented each step (it also updates itself if you make it smart with documentation)

I am mindblown.

All you need is a Claude subscription (but you can also use Gemini for free to begin with or add more AIs with smaller models for heavy lifting)

I switched from Notion to Obsidian, and my life got better

Am I crazy?

As much as I love Notion, I needed my place. A calm and peaceful place to organise myself and my ''brain''.

I tried Obsidian before, but didn't like the UI.. There's a bit of a learning curve, while Notion is a playground.

But here's the thing: I'm getting the best of both worlds.

Obsidian is connected with my agents that document everything I need ➡️ then I push all relevant company updates on Notion for team management

That cuts the noise for me, and I think I only scratched the surface.

Wait until you take a look at Antigravity.

Released by Google, it’s like if Lovable had a baby with Cursor’s code view. The feature set is wild:

• Distinct Plan / Code / Review modes.
• Generates and edits images internally with "nano banana" (yes, really).
• Runs multiple AI agents on different tasks simultaneously (like editing w/ comments à la Notion).
• Has a built-in browser agent debugger that actually tests the platform.

I can’t wait to test this over the weekend.

Here’s the thing:

Most birthday posts aren’t actually deep.
They’re just people trying to fill a content gap with “wisdom.”

And let’s be real —
Your birthday didn’t unlock ancient knowledge.
You just blew out candles and hoped for the best.

So here are my birthday lessons lol:

Lesson #1:
Stop pretending your birthday made you wise. You just got older.

Lesson #2:
ahh no one really cares.

Most aspiring creators are waiting for the moment they stop feeling cringe.

But here’s the part nobody tells you:

You don’t get confidence first.
You get cringe first.

Everyone wants to look polished online.
Like they already know what they’re doing.
Like they’re “above” the messy beginner phase.

But the cringe phase isn’t optional — it’s the toll you pay to get good.

If you only publish when it feels perfect, you’ll never publish enough to find your voice.
Every creator you admire has an archive of posts they’d never repost today.
That’s how it works: cringe → reps → clarity.

If you feel stuck, it’s not because you lack ideas.
It’s because you’re still protecting your image instead of building your reps.

Comfort feels safe.
But comfort kills momentum.

If you want to become a creator, cringe isn’t the problem.
Cringe is the entrance fee.

Most reps ruin their voicemail by over-explaining.

That kills curiosity.

Here’s the one that gets me 5× more callbacks from construction companies (and honestly, most industries):

“Wiktor here calling in relation to commercial projects.
Give me a call back on 00XXX.”

No pitch.
No benefits.
Just a credible reason they already care about.

Contractors hear “commercial projects” and instantly think:
“This might be a job we should look at.”

Compare that to:
“I’m calling to help you get more work through outreach…”
One creates interest.
The other screams sales pitch.

Shorter voicemail = more callbacks.

Here’s the truth:

Objections aren’t rejections.

And your job isn’t to “overcome” them —
it’s to pull the real truth into the light.

Top reps don’t fight objections.
They challenge them.

Prospect: “I’m not interested.”
You: “Is it the call you hate — or was my pitch off?”

Prospect: “Send me an email.”
You: “Real talk — do you actually want info, or is this a polite brush-off?”

Prospect: “Call me in 6 months.”
You: “Sounds like timing matters. What changes in 6 months?”

Quick. Clean. Direct.

Because once you get past the surface objection…
the real conversation starts.

If you're a BDR/SDR treating objections like dead ends,
you’re missing the easiest wins on the table.

Objections aren’t “no.”
They’re “look deeper.”

Monday the 1st - Horses prepare for battle, but victory rests with the Lord.

I'm closing out deals this week with that exact mindset.

Honestly, I used to think it was all on me. 
The late nights, the follow-ups, the perfect pitch. 

Then something shifted.

I realized I was trying to force things that weren't meant for me, while missing opportunities right in front of me.

So here's what changed:

1. I prepare like everything depends on me
2. I pray like everything depends on God
3. I close deals from a place of peace, not panic
4. I listen to my clients instead of just talking at them
5. I trust the timing, even when it's uncomfortable

The horses are ready. My pipeline is solid. But I'm not forcing it anymore.

The real wins come when I stop trying to control everything and actually show up authentically.

To everyone grinding this week: May the Lord bless your deals, fill your pipeline for Q1, and give you the grace to close what's meant for you.

Stay blessed. Let's get those sales over the line - not because we're desperate, but because we're aligned.

The victory was never just mine to claim anyway.

Most salespeople think they need a perfect script to get past a gatekeeper.

But gatekeepers don’t block people.
They block uncertainty.

Once you sound like someone the decision maker already knows?

Everything opens up.

That’s why vague-but-confident works.

Not sleazy.
Not manipulative.
Just familiar enough that the gatekeeper thinks:

“Yep. This belongs on their desk.”

When I started saying:
“It’s in relation to contracts or upcoming projects.”

My callbacks exploded.
More than any other sales role I’ve had.

Here’s the real game:

If you over-explain, you feel like a time cost.
If you sound certain, you feel like continuity.

Most sales reps lose the opportunity because they try to justify themselves…

instead of carrying themselves like someone who’s already in the circle.

You don’t need a better script.
You need a better energy behind it.
