Best of all? It's so smart that it builds itself.

For the past couple of days, it produced reports, prepared a CRM list of prospects, prepared my meetings, created an updated task list, and  documented each step (it also updates itself if you make it smart with documentation)

I switched from Notion to Obsidian, and my life got better

Am I crazy?

As much as I love Notion, I needed my place. A calm and peaceful place to organise myself and my ''brain''.

I tried Obsidian before, but didn't like the UI.. There's a bit of a learning curve, while Notion is a playground.

But here's the thing: I'm getting the best of both worlds.

Obsidian is connected with my agents that document everything I need ➡️ then I push all relevant company updates on Notion for team management

That cuts the noise for me, and I think I only scratched the surface.

2. 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘆 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝗮 𝗺𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶-𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗱𝘃𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗲 
Clay's competitive moat is its waterfall enrichment across 75-150+ data sources, giving it 95% coverage on key fields.

Social selling for Founders: build your brand, win new clients, just 1 hour a week. PS: Marketing people love my service.

This is a hard thing to admit, but B2B companies relying mostly on outbound are sad outsiders.

And this is coming from someone with 7+ years in B2B sales. 

Started in the outbound trenches:

• First, as a cold calling SDR selling financial products.
• Then moved to Outbound AE - SMB.
• Then Outbound AE - Enterprise.
• Then Outbound Team Lead - Enterprise.

Always full-cycle.
Often micromanaged.
Working under that constant lingering pressure by the management - "it's been a week already, why don't we have the results?" 🤦

Meanwhile:

• There is no PMF.
• There is no Inbound.
• There are no Partnerships.
• Product price is sub $2.000.

Then I learned from that and moved to a better company that had 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗯𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 + 𝗶𝗻𝗯𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗹𝘀.

It was a totally different story, and I got a huge bump in experience while working closely with the marketing team as a sales leader. 

After that, I remember meeting Enrique Gutierrez.

He was a client of mine.

For the first time, I encounter in more detail what a 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿-𝗟𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 looks like.

Immediately, I saw a huge value in Partner-Led Sales, which left a monumental impression on me, and I couldn't forget it. 

And why am I sharing this?

Because all of this experience allowed me to recognize companies and people who know what they are doing when we are talking about the GTM motion.

So when I met with Colten Roderigue 🐘 and Garo Aroian 🐘 around 3 months ago - it was an immediate hit.

I knew it - these guys know what they are doing, so I joined as a Growth Advisor. 

Everything that I learned from my experience so far was executed beautifully in elefante RevOps 🐘 :

Building a community is hard.

They are like podcasts - just too many of them.

Some are great and useful.
Some disappear quickly.

But there are 𝟯 𝗺𝘂𝘀𝘁-𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲𝘀 if you want to build a great community in B2B:

1. Technically complex product.

For example Clay and HubSpot can be very complex.
So people need help in using the solution.
And the companies don't have the bandwidth to help every customer individually. 

Excellent opportunity for community building.

Clay - 30.000 members on Slack.

Your product should be the focal point for your community, enabling activities like 𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙘𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣, 𝙨𝙤𝙘𝙞𝙖𝙡 𝙢𝙚𝙙𝙞𝙖 𝙨𝙝𝙖𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜, 𝙙𝙞𝙨𝙘𝙪𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨.

2. A challenge

This means having a group of people with the same individual goal.

For example: posting on LinkedIn for 30 days straight.

For community members, this gives them:

• purpose
• motivation to show up every day
• desire to help other members
• drive to win the challenge
• feeling they are not alone

Wow!

Now this makes a lot of sense! :D 

3. Clear understanding - what is the value for people?

If you build a community around something that is not a product, you need to be crystal clear about what type of value you're bringing to members. 

For a year, I thought people wanted to develop their B2B skills.
But in reality, they just wanted to talk live with other professionals.

This misalignment caused me to have hectic, inconsistent events.

Because there was no clear value alignment, the events were hard to monetise. 

100% my fault.

But great learning lesson, and I have zero regrets.

I met some amazing people, and still friends with many. 😀

So I will always say yes to a community - but it needs to be done smart! 

What is your favourite one?

I finally bought all 3 books from Alex Hormozi in physical form - his value formula helped me get the first 20 clients and now - we are scaling!

If you don't know - this is the formula:

Value = dream outcome x perceived likelihood of achievement / time delay x effort & sacrifice.

The goal is to:

• 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 the second two (𝘵𝘪𝘮𝘦 𝘥𝘦𝘭𝘢𝘺 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘦𝘧𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘵 & 𝘴𝘢𝘤𝘳𝘪𝘧𝘪𝘤𝘦).

My core offer was this: 𝗴𝗵𝗼𝘀𝘁𝘄𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗟𝗶𝗻𝗸𝗲𝗱𝗜𝗻 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝟲-𝗳𝗶𝗴𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝟳-𝗳𝗶𝗴𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗕𝟮𝗕 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀.

Here is how it is executed:

2. 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗲𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗱 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: Testimonials and proven results.
3. 𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘆: After one month.
4. 𝗘𝗳𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘁 & 𝘀𝗮𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲: With just one hour per week. 

Learning lessons:

• There is a need for constant improvement in delivery
• Started with a low price, then slowly pushed the pricing towards premium service. 
• Offer is limited to one market segment.

The current expansion process:

Stop listening to marketing people on LinkedIn who say you shouldn’t use Lead Magnets to get engagement.

You are probably in this situation:

• You don't have enough Lead Magnets.
• You don't have a system for the continuous creation of Lead Magnets.
• You think people will be upset if you do the "comment to get" play.

And why is that?

• Because of a small bubble on LinkedIn, made up of people who have a huge issue with this approach.
• Because of people who misuse this GTM play, with trash Lead Magnets. (they also often forget to send it over, even though you commented)

My question is simple - are the two reasons above enough for you to literally leave money on the table?

Because this works! 

And also:

• If you invested hours or weeks building something, it can be a framework, a guide, or a prompt.
• If it brings value.
• Then, you have every right to ask people to comment to get it.

People don't have a problem commenting to get something valuable.
And other people learn about you because of that.

With 7 years spent in B2B sales, I spoke with hundreds of VPs of Sales, and these are the 5 key priorities they'll think about in 2026.

1. 𝗔 𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿.
This means having a PMF with at least one product. It is a necessary foundation they can use to further develop the offer and repackage it to different market segments and audiences.

2. 𝗔𝘁 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗚𝗧𝗠 𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.
It can be either Inbound, Outbound, Partnerships, or Events. But a great VP of Sales will require at least a notion of predictability before joining a company. On top of that, they can then test different GTM experiments.

3. 𝗔 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝗽𝘀 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄.
Keeping the deal velocity high will be one of the biggest goals moving forward. This means having processes in place on the deal stage entry and exit criteria, key properties to be filled out, sales methodology enforcement, and multithreading procedures.

4. 𝗧𝗼𝗼𝗹𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄-𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗼 𝗳𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀.
Everything from CRMs, sales enablement tools, digital sales rooms, data aggregators for deduplication, enrichment, and sales context. Know-how on individual tool features and the development of tool ecosystems working together to help achieve these business goals.

5. 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝗽𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗹.
This includes systems that train reps on how to do discovery, follow the selected sales methodology, fulfill the daily tasks, push deals through stages, multithread, and sell value.

We do it by implementing the Winning by Design methodology, and these tasks would fall right in the middle of the left side of the "bowtie" model.

Here is a hard truth about LinkedIn, many people will not like...


There is no excuse for you not to post every day. 

𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗲 - be real, how much time are you spending on socials, just scrolling mindlessly?
𝗜𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 - be real, every day you have at least one interesting insight and a unique point of view that you discovered. 

It's something else that is stopping you. 

It's this idea that every post needs to be monumental.

Groundbreaking. 

Taking your company from 1 to 10 million ARR type of post.

With a perfect topic, infographic, hook, and formatted text.

But it doesn't. 

At the end of the day, you will win with authenticity. And authenticity is creative, messy, and outside of any framework for success.

Take this post, for example - I did it in 10 minutes.

• took a picture of a laptop 
• added some text
• wrote a post about writing posts

One of the following things will happen:

• it will flop and get zero engagement - fine. 
• it will inspire you to post more freely - nice!
• it will make you go to my profile and see the LinkedIn Optimisation Checklist I'm giving away for free, and we'll start a conversation in the DMs - let's go!

I don't know the exact outcome - I have to post to see.

But I'm ok with all 3, because I already got my reward the moment I clicked "Post".

Try to do the same. 💪

LinkedIn Guru Clowns 🤡: "𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘯𝘦𝘦𝘥 𝘵𝘰 𝘱𝘰𝘴𝘵 𝘢𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘴𝘢𝘮𝘦 𝘵𝘪𝘮𝘦, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘵𝘦𝘹𝘵 𝘱𝘰𝘴𝘵𝘴 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 112 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘥𝘴 𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘮 12% 𝘣𝘦𝘵𝘵𝘦𝘳 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘯 𝘱𝘰𝘴𝘵𝘴 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 160 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘥𝘴."

Forget that.

You only need 12 key things to succeed here:

 1. 𝗞𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗜𝗖𝗣: make content that resolves their pain.
 2. 𝗘𝗰𝗼𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺: make your partners look great + piggyback on big brands and build genuine relationships with other creators. This is a social network - you can't do stuff alone.
 3. 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺: join or build a team of like-minded people, as support is key in the beginning.
 4. 𝗟𝗶𝗻𝗸𝗲𝗱𝗜𝗻 𝗮𝘀 𝗮 𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗮𝗴𝗲: if you get someone to visit your profile and they have no idea what you do, you are just wasting time.
 5. 𝗦𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀 𝗼𝘂𝘁𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗟𝗶𝗻𝗸𝗲𝗱𝗜𝗻: LinkedIn is an awareness platform, not a nurturing one. You need a marketing funnel outside of LinkedIn to continue providing value to people who were even just briefly interested in what you do. 
 6.  𝗛𝗼𝗼𝗸𝘀: You have to awaken the reader's curiosity in these first 3 seconds. 
 7. 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗠𝗮𝗴𝗻𝗲𝘁𝘀: create small products and ask people to comment to get them.
 8. 𝗖𝗵𝗼𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗱𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗹𝘆: You don't have so many options here. You have 4 mediums: image, text, video, and carousel posts. You have 10-15 formats (story, contrarian take, insight, case study, product updates..). And you should have 5 content pillars and 15-25 topics that you attach from different angles. 
 9. 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: Without AI, trust me, you'll have better results.
10. 𝗔𝗱𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀: 20 per day, always max out your ICP.
11. 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝗗𝗠𝘀: if your messaging is relevant, you will have a 10% positive reply rate easily. That is one person coming to a meeting for 10 messages sent. Huge!
12. 𝗕𝗲 𝗵𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻: Share everything that makes us human: health, family, friends, community, career, knowledge & philosophy, hobby & fun.
