How it works
It will help you run AI on your terminal with access to your tools via api or MCP servers. This way can generate agents able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously (Claude's agent function).
Best of all? It's so smart that it builds itself.

For the past couple of days, it produced reports, prepared a CRM list of prospects, prepared my meetings, created an updated task list, and  documented each step (it also updates itself if you make it smart with documentation)

I am mindblown.

All you need is a Claude subscription (but you can also use Gemini for free to begin with or add more AIs with smaller models for heavy lifting)

I have no coding experience and was able to build it.

I switched from Notion to Obsidian, and my life got better

Am I crazy?

As much as I love Notion, I needed my place. A calm and peaceful place to organise myself and my ''brain''.

I tried Obsidian before, but didn't like the UI.. There's a bit of a learning curve, while Notion is a playground.

But here's the thing: I'm getting the best of both worlds.

Obsidian is connected with my agents that document everything I need ➡️ then I push all relevant company updates on Notion for team management

That cuts the noise for me, and I think I only scratched the surface.

Wait until you take a look at Antigravity.

Released by Google, it’s like if Lovable had a baby with Cursor’s code view. The feature set is wild:

• Distinct Plan / Code / Review modes.
• Generates and edits images internally with "nano banana" (yes, really).
• Runs multiple AI agents on different tasks simultaneously (like editing w/ comments à la Notion).
• Has a built-in browser agent debugger that actually tests the platform.

I can’t wait to test this over the weekend.

Biggest problem with outbound these days? I go first: message-market fit.

It's not the data.
It's not the TAM.
It's not the tooling.
It's not the deliverability.
It's not even about consistency in prospecting.
It's not that you don't have budget for a cool software.

It's really about finding the 2-3 pains you solve for ONE persona in ONE segment.

When you name them and ask for relevancy, they sound like you just proposed to them "Yes, I do!"

[ Disclaimer: the concept is simple, but damn hard to achieve. ]

Business 101:
A company exists to solve a problem.
This problem is worth solving.
It's worth paying money to get it solved.

This is where your company comes into the game: 
Do you check these boxes?
Great!

For who?
Can you describe the problem?

Dig deeper into these questions.

At the end of this exercise you need:
↳ One segment to test
↳ 1-2 personas to test
↳ 3-4 problem statements to test
↳ 1-2 value props to test

Claude and Gemini can help here, A LOT.

Best way to get this done: look where the money is.

Check the current customers: email threads, call transcripts, info from SDRs, info from AEs or even founders.

Now you have:
↳ someone who already paid for a solution
↳ who are they (persona, company, etc)
↳ The situation they were in when they bought
↳ If you ask any LLM to analyse a bunch of text and give you the S in the SPICED framework, they'll do a good job.

Now you have a good matrix of segment → persona → situation → then use any data provider to get some values in terms of TAM and put them into this matrix.

Result:
↳ details on segment and persona
↳ how many people and companies are in there
↳ what's the problem, situation and offer for them

Decide: call them? email them? LinkedIn? 
Or a combination of these three?

↳ Big TAMs (10,000+ companies) → email is king 
↳ Small TAMs → calling them sounds like a good option.

For big TAMs, Michael Saruggia has a well-documented methodology to build out your email strategy around big TAMs: offer, lead magnet, and much more. 

When it comes to cold calling, the king is Giulio Segantini who has a Cold Calling Wiki on how to prepare the cold call script for your audience. 
It's the best free resource any cold caller should study.

This is not easy.
