-Managed automated lead generation email marketing program, in partnership with our sales team that drove qualified new prospects into the sales funnel. Program achieved above-benchmark email engagement and drove nearly 500 new leads per day for the sales organization.

-Lead a cross-functional team in the ongoing implementation of B2B customer lifecycle email programs targeting various customer segments including net new customer acquisition, “welcome”, retention and win-back. Programs delivered positive customer satisfaction, email unique open rates as high as 35% and repurchases via the eCommerce channel.

-Developed and managed B2C personalization strategy, leveraging both implicit and explicit data 
collection methods to deliver relevant and inspiring content in “real-time” via the email channel. 
Programs saw unique click rates as high as 40%.

-Oversaw the creation and deployment of the 2013 year-end win-back promotion that drove nearly 
$155k in reactivation sales in December alone.

Email & Lifecycle Marketing Manager

-Developed B2C automated email program consisting of 9 drip campaigns based on job seeker
lifecycle modeling, driving onsite conversion as high as 46% and unique open rates as high as 70%.

-Identified and developed new strategic email campaign opportunities by being a champion of the 
Workopolis “seeker” and “employer” database, leveraging data to drive key business action plans.

-Managed B2C Job Alert email program, sending nearly 12 million Job Alerts monthly and reaching 
nearly 2 million unique seekers, driving nearly 20% of all onsite activity.

-Led team of marketers and UX professionals in the development and mobile-optimization of all 
in-market email templates.

-Worked closely with Product Marketing Managers to ensure onsite email sign-up experience was 
fully optimized and followed best practices and CASL legislation.

Email & Lifecycle Marketing Specialist

-Managed all mass email marketing programs, including newsletters, Job Alerts, product 
announcements, sales promotions and automated lifecycle-based campaigns, owning the development process from concept to post deployment analysis.

-Guided Marketing Managers for all business units to ensure cohesiveness of the overall corporate 
email strategy and safeguard email subscribers from email fatigue.

-Created and managed corporate email best practice guidelines and go-to-market testing strategies 
to ensure an exceptional subscriber experience, leading to email engagement above industry 
standard.

-Developed email testing strategies and conducted multivariate tests to continually improve email 
programs and drive core KPIs.

-Acted as a liaison between Business Intelligence team and Marketing team to ensure needed data 
was captured and delivered in a usable format.

-Managed relationships with email service provider (Strongmail) and email deliverability service 
provider (PVIQ).

-Analyzed and reported all key findings from all email campaigns to company stakeholders, 
including Senior Management team.
