Responsible for maintaining Independent Living occupancy for 228 units. Maintained occupancy average between 90.3%-96% over the last five years. Created presentations to create awareness of the organization within the community and represented the organization by participating in various outside organization events. Co-developed events for prospects and existing clients as well as partnered with department heads to develop and execute marketing strategies. Utilized CRM to document and manage prospect interactions and utilized move management strategies to lead prospects through the sales process consisting of personal visits and open houses to advance the sale toward closing. Created contracts as part of the sales process to reserve available units and close them.

•	Personal total sales volume of $28.8M+ in life occupancy entry fees ($4.8M in 2021)
•	Personal sales additionally contributed over $5.6M annually in monthly service fees.
•	Year over year individual sales growth to 95% sales to goal in 2019

Co-developed and organized over 224 resident and prospect events since 2012 and generated over 400 attendees in 2017.  Partnered with off-site management company to develop and execute marketing plans and strategies while mentoring sales support team members and serving as interim marketing director.
