UpLaunch was acquired by Daxko in January 2020.

- Spent 3 years as an instructor at the Fire Training Academy delivering curriculum to newly hired recruits.
- Assisted in curriculum development, practical exercise coordination, and administration of physical training.
- Completed administrative detail to implement web-based operations training manual, establishing procedures and performance standards in all aspects of fire response.
- Responded to a multitude of fire, rescue, and EMS emergencies on a daily basis.
- Completed five-year service commitment as ALS provider.
- Have experience with all types of apparatus commonly in use, including tractor-drawn apparatus.
- Regularly wrote patient care reports and document events that pertain to emergency situations.
- Was a member of the Technical Rescue Team since 2009 and Swiftwater Rescue Team since 2015.
- Graduated as Valedictorian of Recruit Class 66.

This was a contract to full-time position. In my role, I worked with the founding team on building their go-to-market strategy to establish PushPress as the leader in the gym management solution. The strategy focused on these key areas: Brand Management, Positioning, Communications, Client Experience, Sales, and Marketing. In this role, we implemented a strategy based on thought leadership and world class customer success through content creation to position PushPress as the billing platform for gym owners, by gym owners. I left this role to focus on the growth of my startup, UpLaunch.

Lead marketing for retail dining, residential dining and catering for Chartwells Dining Services (A member of the Compass Group) at Missouri University of Science and Technology. 
With an annual budget of $4MM, managed two national brands(Starbucks and Einstein Bros Coffee), a retail food court.
•	P&L management of 4 retail operations, incl. 2 national brands, and marketing department; annual revenue $4 million+
•	Supervise a full-time marketing coordinator and 7 full-time retail supervisors and 60 hourly associates 
•	Developed and implemented 2 year operational excellence and marketing plan; resulted in increased revenues of $200K/year; satellite location revenue up 1000%; improved annual customer and client satisfaction survey scores by 20%  
•	Designed and executed a strategic marketing and communications campaign that grew sales 500% in first year in an underperforming revenue stream; online ordering increased by 56%
•	Mentored and coached an associate in leadership; awarded National Hourly Associate of the Year (99th percentile)
•	Administer and audit POS system; discovered and corrected $32K /year oversight in first week
