I advise on spending a mid-5-figures monthly budget on everything creator partnerships, influencers, and media partnerships.

I also consult Vaer on internal project management processes, CRM flows, and improving team productivity.

Lettria

Lettria is a no-code AI and NLP platform. I fulfilled a variety of product-related content responsibilities at Lettria, and owned the content on the company website.

⚙️ Technical Content:
• Responsible for platform knowledge base (using Hubspot)
• Contributing to UX writing for existing and new app features
• Creating and maintaining in-app onboarding and walkthroughs (using Pendo)

💻 Web Content:
• Owned the Webflow site from A→Z, content, design and production.
• Creating videos for Lettria's YouTube channel
• Writing LinkedIn posts for Lettria's LinkedIn page
• Writing and sending monthly customer newsletters (using Hubspot)
• Writing weekly blog posts for the Lettria blog on a variety of NLP and AI topics
