- Led a team of 6 engineers in the sale domain used by 100% of customers. Worked closely with a product manager and designer to define the roadmap, shape solutions and deliver value;
- Built an inclusive and collaborative team with a strong technical vision. Delivered multiple features in a fast paced agile environment following the shape-up methodology;
- As a main interviewer, helped hiring 25+ engineers, including peers and coached other interviewers;
- Led initiatives to improve internal processes: defined the staff engineer role, clarified the shape-up methodology, onboarding and interview.

- Main contributor of the micro-service processing sales:
- Promoted Go best practices via code reviews, peer programming and talks;
- Member of the diversity and inclusion committee and leader of the "Women at Vend" employee group. Led initiatives including a recurrent panel of women sharing career stories and advice.

Objenious is an IoT network provider (LoRaWAN).

My main realizations as a Go back-end developer:

- creation of a Kafka consumer handling an average of 40M messages a day;
- development of a device location & geofencing (cities and user defined zones) service;
- configuration of the drone.io CI & creation of Docker images;
- setup of the Cassandra database handling about 70M requests a day;
- PubSub connector for message transmission to the customers.

I have also done several conferences about LoRaWAN.

Backend developer

In the drone department validation team:

- setup of a Docker Swarm and development of a monitoring web service to visualize its containers;
- development of a web service for distributed computing in Python using Docker, Celery and Flask. It allows to start several jobs in parallel and to follow their progress.

Software engineer intern

In a team helping about 300 third year students on C, C++, Java and SQL projects in a Linux environment. This includes coaching, subject writing and giving lectures.
