📌 Key Contribution: the purchase funnel redesign, including a change in the technical architecture and the addition of new business functionalities. This large-scale project, lasting over a year and a half, involved 150 people, including 12 feature teams, as well as SRE, Architecture, Security, Data, and Business teams.
✔ Quality & Testing Leadership: Oversaw API automated testing (Postman, K6, PACT) and E2E testing (Playwright, Allure, Xray).
✔ Manual Testing Coordination: Organized and managed tests across technical teams and manual E2E testing, fostering collaboration between Tech and Business teams.
✔ Bug Management: Tracked anomalies and prioritized fixes.
✔ Communication & Reporting: Provided regular updates to all stakeholders on the status of quality and testing. Follow-up meeting with CTPOs and VPs of Tech.
✔ Rollout Strategy: Contributed to the design and implementation of the deployment strategy.
