Over 20 years, I've built this expertise by launching new markets, integrating acquisitions, and forging strategic alliances with Microsoft, IBM, and SAP across cybersecurity, SaaS, and consulting sectors.

Today, I lead Outfoxr, a consultancy focused on strategic market entry and operational scale between Japan and North America. My work is grounded in a simple belief: growth is only sustainable when it works for the people responsible for delivering it.

That belief also shaped my book, Quite Ready, a personal reflection on the cost of ambition and the importance of understanding what drives us. Written for those reimagining their relationship with work and purpose, it’s a project close to my heart that often informs how I show up as a leader and advisor. The book became a practical guide for leaders rethinking success on their own terms.

I live by the mantra "be kind, be specific, be helpful," and I carry that approach through every executive conversation, workshop, and mentoring session. Though I was born in the U.S., Japan is my second home. I split my time between both countries with my husband while our two cats, Goma and Potato, quietly run the show.
