Un restaurateur ne dit presque jamais “non”.
Il n’a surtout pas le temps de répondre à ton mail.

Parce qu’un restaurateur est sous tension permanente.
Disponible rarement.
Joignable difficilement.
Donc peu sensible aux approches à froid classiques.

Et pourtant.
Dès qu’on a un restaurateur en rdv, il adore Heep.
Parce qu’on lui propose de ne plus jamais laisser passer une réservation.
Même quand le restaurant est fermé.
Même quand l’équipe est en plein coup de feu.

Alors oui, le produit est bon.
Mais encore faut-il réussir à le montrer à quelqu’un qui n’a jamais le temps.

Sur ce type de cible, l’acquisition digitale montre vite ses limites.
Pas par manque de méthode.
Mais parce que la réalité métier gagne toujours.

Très souvent c’est la prospection physique qui reste la seule vraie porte d’entrée, surtout pour un premier contact.

Et pour ça on a besoin de renfort !

On cherche des freelances commerciaux terrain ou des commerciaux CHR qui ont l’énergie, l’endurance… et un bon cardio.

On cherche surtout des gens qui :
→ connaissent le métier de restaurateur
→ savent lui parler
→ peuvent encaisser pour décrocher LE "oui"

Un restaurateur ne manque pas de problèmes. 
Il manque surtout de temps pour les résoudre.
