Logicwind is a digital Agency that specializes in custom design and development of web/mobile apps, tech team extension and consulting.

I joined Logicwind in its early days as their first non-tech person. While my major focus was on the coordination and management of projects and in-house products, I helped the founder with other non-tech work as well. We grew from 10-120+ within a span of 4-5 years. I led cross functional teams to deliver end-to-end projects on time.

At Logicwind, I have worked closely with founders from different industries to understand their vision/problem space and have helped them build MVP and managed product development.
 
Highlights:
- Worked with the founders/operators of digiQC - A construction quality management startup based in Surat.
- Worked with founders of a UK based Fintech startup - Loop Money to define MVP and manage the project for a brief time. The startup later on raised a round of funding and still being managed by our team.
 - Worked with a founder and CA to build a SaaS product that solves for Client management for CA firms.
- Worked with a coworking space owners to build a web based platform - Startup Lounge.

I have spent a decade in tech. I was a part of multiple startups in my early career. I spent most time in a tech agency as a part of management team. We built custom solutions for SMBs and Startups, we grew from 10 to 140 people in 4 years. Did a lot of product experiments too. I am using all of that experience to build SyncSignature - a SaaS platform to manage and deploy email signatures for company employees.

I convinced myself I was consistent, reality disagreed.


On good weeks, I showed up.
On average weeks, I posted once and called it “being active”.
On bad weeks, I convinced myself that planning counts as progress.

It doesn’t.

Consistency is not posting daily.
Consistency is removing the friction that stops you from posting daily.

Here’s my plan to change things for me:
Reduce my content workflow from 7 steps to 3.
Set a fixed time to create for the week of content.
Build a small system that do the heavy lifting for me.

Most people don’t have a consistency problem.
They have a system problem.

If you fix the system, consistency becomes automatic.
If you don’t, you’ll keep pretending.
