18 founders, sales leaders and GTM enthusiasts in one room for 2 hours filled with delicious food. 

Honestly, I've made most of the mistakes in the GTM playbook by now and, in doing so, learned a lot! So, in the spirit of “Paying it forward”, I thought I would share some insights and lessons I've gathered so far and how I would execute an outbound hands-on GTM (Go-To-Market) strategy for 2026. 

I keep hearing that most are drowning in outbound GTM AI tools (and their licenses), without the desired results. Which I can relate to… Because I test a lot of these tools, and I've been there myself. When I was the commercial lead at my last startup, I spent months testing new tools, trying to build and enrich lists, planning, … To realise that having a working outbound system that fuels your sales team isn’t as easy as I thought it would be (ni van de poes🐈).

So for this session, I wanted to focus on execution!

What we covered:
🤖 Building a first draft GTM (initial) strategy using Claude - Try this yourself! (Link in the comments)
🛠️ The exact tool stack I use daily (Clay and some LLM keys allready goes a long way)
🎯 Mapping your ideal company and buyer personas (ICP), and create auto updating lists
🚀 Two types of outbound plays: General market taking plays vs trigger-based campaigns

💡 Key takeaway in this session: In an era of AI, knowledge isn't power anymore, fast execution is! 

Strategy alone doesn’t book meetings. You need to execute, experiment with smart triggers, and set up systems tailored to your business. There is no off-the-shelf solution here for most companies… So start building, shipping, iterating, and scaling as you go.
